1 /5 Lana Penton: The worst place on the planet. I wouldn’t even bring my remote control car here. They are very unprofessional especially Carrie. The rudest person I’ve ever met. I had a hit and run and when I picked my car up, I still had damage and they are saying it’s not related to the accident. Do yourself a favor, and please do not bring your vehicle here. ——— My car is currently at a new body shop due to lack of workmanship at auto craft.

1 /5 Anelie Simon: They are ABSOLUTELY horrible. They ordered the wrong mirror for my car so that they can save cost. I was left with a scratches from the accident and loose screws when I picked my car up. When I spoke with the mechanic he told me and I quote “I am not the only customer” which made me feel like I was not a valued customer. They promised me they would replace the mirror, when I called after 2 weeks with ZERO update i was told because I left a bad review they are no longer fix my car the correct way and hung up on me. They are absolutely unprofessional and will not properly fix your car so that they will pocket more money. I will never do business with them again.
