Stephanie Zaleta: This couldve been a better review. Dropped my vehicle off for a shudder which resulted in a transmission service. I dropped my Jeep off with over a half tank of gas. I understand the need for lengthy test drives after a service but when I picked my vehicle up my gas light was on and my gas was so low it wasnt reading how many miles I had left. When I asked the man in the bay (where I had to pull my vehicle out of) I was greeted with an attitude and a not my problem, I didnt work on your vehicle kind of response. After waiting a month to get in for the service and a week for the repairs, the least yall couldve done was drop $5 in gas the tank before I had to pick it up. I wouldve gladly paid for it too. Never have I a left a mechanic shop with over a half tank of gas to start and picked it up on fumes with the gas light on.

Charlie Bartlett: In 71 years of my life, I have never seen this from a mechanic shop. I brought a explorer in for a estimate to replace the torque converter. I was given a very reasonable cost estimate. I told them to do the job. The next day the truck was completed. When I went to get my truck, Ms. Cassie told me, the sway bars needed to be replaced. She said to go get the sway bars and they would installed them for free. I would highly recommend to shop . Thank you Ms Cassie and Mr Adam!!!
