1 /5 Jalaya Grows: The lady that did my pedicure literally rushed through the whole thing , she didn’t clean the pedicure bowl properly & she’s very rude . Lilly did my nails & after a week & a half , my REAL nails are cracking along with the fake ones & IT IS VERY PAINFUL !!!!! & to say this was my first time going there , i WILL NOT be back!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLLL !!!!!!

1 /5 Makaila Swan: I went to this place before my trip to Miami hoping for some bright simple nails. When they finally got to me they told me they weren’t able to do my nails the length I wanted with SNS DIP. Mind you I’ve gotten my nails like this at MULTIPLE NAIL SALONS. So I settled after waiting for so long for gel and acrylic and my nails are HORRIFIC. The shape is poor & the paint job sucks! It is now 4 days later and my polish turned a brownish color (originally blue). The customer service was disgusting I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

1 /5 MELISSA BROWN: Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff and owner were unhelpful and unapologetic. I visited the salon to have my dip powder nails removed and I was set up with acetone on my nails for over 30 minutes and no one came back to take it off; I had to take it off myself. I asked for assistance from the staff and they just looked at me and walked away so I then went to the owner and he said I needed to pay or wait 30 mins before someone could help me. There were other people walking in the salon and being serviced but I needed to wait 30 mins after already waiting over 30 mins. I paid to take off my own dip nails. I will NEVER visit this salon again. I recommend no one else visits this salon either!
