Mikelle Arceneaux I went in to have my hair colored back to my natural color(or close as possible). At the salon where I was going my hair color would aways have a red tone or orange color to it. I came to Salon Moxie in hopes that I could have my hair colored and not have red or orange tones. I explained to Kai exactly what I waned and I did not want any red or orange tones. She did not even use any swatches to match my natural color. She disappeared in the back for 10 min and then came out with dye. My hair is way darker than my natural color and still has orange red tones to it. I pointed the redness to her and she said all brown hair has red undertones. Umm, no. I am so disappointed and very frustrated. I paid $110 for hair that is no where near my natural color and still orangey! I had to stop at the Dollar Store to find something to try to get the hair dye off my face and forehead so I could go back to work. This was a one and done experience.

Christie Pepper I have never felt so pampered and so at home. Salon Moxie is inviting, accepting and bright. Kai is my hair genius, but everyone there is AMAZING! I will never go to another salon again.

Laurie Dupre My experience was terrible. I made an appointment for color and a cut. I wanted silver/gray. Holly, I don’t think that’s how she spells it, asked for a picture of the color I wanted and pictures of my hair, which I sent to her. She told me how lucky I am because she specializes in this type of color. All she did was highlight my hair, told me to buy a special shampoo to make it gray. The cut consisted of her cutting the hair across my back, literally that’s all she did. I will never recommend Hair Tech! Or go back. To: owner I did not get a call from Hollie. I was told at the end of the appointment when I questioned her about the color, was I told it would be a process. I did not just use box dye, it had been over six weeks since it was used. I do thank you for responding.

April Danos I recently moved in the area and decided to give this place a try. Ms. Janet did a fantastic job on my daughters hair for homecoming! I then made an appointment to get a new, very shorter hair style than what I am used to. Ms. Janet did exactly what I asked for, and took her time to make sure that it was perfect. I highly recommend this hair salon!

rikki leigh Sills Me and my sister arrived pretty late close to closing the place had a good bit of people due to a dance. But they still took us in smiling. They were very informative as soon as we walked in with smiles. They worked past closing to get us in and didnt make us feel anything but welcomed my nails came out great there prices are fair they took there time and wasnt rough the environment was very nice we loved it so much were bringing our daughters today.my photo dosent do them justice go try them for yourself youll love them too.

Raj I was sat really quickly and my tech worked very quickly. I love the way my nails came out but after expressing multiple times about a gel allergy I was still made to get a gel top coat over my acrylics. The tech claimed they wouldnt dry otherwise and the gel wouldnt go on the skin. The next day Im having a mild allergy on my pinkies that Im able to manage but I feel this could have been avoided if they just used a regular topcoat like I kept asking.

Kenyana Taylor Okay because first of all they had about 25 baby spiders under the massaging chair and blamed it on my aunts shoes when she had been wearing the sneakers all morning with no problem.. This is literally and I mean LITERALLY the WORST salon I’ve been to. I sat here and asked for long coffin nails and it was giving long, bulky, overpriced, nails. I respected more than once “ Is this coffin “ and the women stated I was in good hands but the finished product was not it! I refused to pay $65 for THAT! Please take your hard earned money elsewhere . (SPA 7 recommended)

Kia Singleton 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‼️ I went in for a pedicure and an eyebrow wax. Amy took her time with both services. My feet are so soft, the polish job was amazing, and my eyebrows are shaped to perfection! Prices are very reasonable! They also offer refreshments! FAST AND FRIENDLY service!

rae milfser I left this salon leaking blood from my eye lid. They ripped my skin off. There’s no reason wax should be put on customer eye lid. Even after all the blood was shed. I still had to pay full price. There was no compensation at all. I will take legal action for sure. They tried to blame my skin for being the reason.

I do be vibing Tho All of the girls are very nice and sweet, take their time, and make sure you like your nails before you leave! My girl took her time and made sure to fix every tiny mistake in the French tips. Very nice!

Delaney Detro Highly recommend Katelyn Naquin at Epic Nails in Thibodaux. Katelyn does amazing, detailed, and meticulous work. She takes great care of you and works with you on figuring out a perfect design. I cant express just how clean and well organized, not to mention how well designed this business is. Once you visit, youll never want to go anywhere else!

Jalaya Grows The lady that did my pedicure literally rushed through the whole thing , she didn’t clean the pedicure bowl properly & she’s very rude . Lilly did my nails & after a week & a half , my REAL nails are cracking along with the fake ones & IT IS VERY PAINFUL !!!!! & to say this was my first time going there , i WILL NOT be back!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLLL !!!!!!

Makaila Swan I went to this place before my trip to Miami hoping for some bright simple nails. When they finally got to me they told me they weren’t able to do my nails the length I wanted with SNS DIP. Mind you I’ve gotten my nails like this at MULTIPLE NAIL SALONS. So I settled after waiting for so long for gel and acrylic and my nails are HORRIFIC. The shape is poor & the paint job sucks! It is now 4 days later and my polish turned a brownish color (originally blue). The customer service was disgusting I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Bethani Chiasson I went in for a fill in because they did so good with my last set of nails. However when I got my nails done she made them too think and didn’t fix them after i asked them made the french tip too wide and didn’t fix it after i asked and then added to much too coat and made it clumpy. When i called to ask for a refund she told me she couldn’t because she would get in trouble for doing g chrome on french tips. Do not go to them, i will never be pack

Viazenae Wood Really great customer service! Very attentive and they did a really great job with the design! It was EXACTLY how I wanted it! I got a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax and paid about $80. I most definitely recommend and will be going back again.

Heather McAllister I was very pleased with my experience at Lush from the moment I walked in the front door. I was greeted warmly and was able to be seated right away (this may not always be the case!). Maddy did my nails and immediately made me feel comfortable, and Shaye, the owner, worked right next to us and not was not only her personality amazing, but the woman’s nails that she was working on were so fun and beautiful! Maddy talked me into trying a design and after Shaye’s inspiration, I got a few sparkles on as well!! I live in Houma and I will drive to Thibodaux to get my nails done.
