5 /5 Kristen Gouaux: Crescent Dental is so wonderful with children! The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. Their dental hygienist is so good with young children. We started bringing my daughter at 2 years old and they made her feel so comfortable and secure. They give us great advice and tips to continue the pleasant experience at the dentist office. I also found they are good about not being too pushy if she is reluctant to anything they try to do. We have seen 2 of the dentists in office now, and both were very patient and kind when checking our daughter. It is a bit of a drive for us, but well worth it!

5 /5 Christina Bourgeois: I had a cleaning after 20 years of avoiding the dentist. They didnt shame me or lecture. They were so welcoming and sweet. It took my hygienist almost 2 hours but she was so kind and considerate and constantly checked if i was comfortable. I feel like a new person, now. My teeth are BRILLIANT and I have a new reason to smile. All because of Crescent Dental. Thank you!!!!

5 /5 Megan Marlow: I want personally say. Hands down the best pediatric/ & Dentist in Lockport La their staff and Dr Bobbie we’re beyond amazing and treated you as family. Super sweet I couldn’t say enough of how amazing they was. If you need a dentist! This place is A MUST GO, they made my 8 year old feel like she was home, so comfortable and sweet, explaining everything as Dr Bobbie did the work!!! Highly highly recommend ♥️

Calista Walters: Initial experience was great! Everything was super smooth. I put a credit on my account on the initial dental plan discussed. Then we changed it and decided to wait. I was scheduled to come back the following week to finish my cleaning. The doctor was sick so they canceled my appointment. Took another week to hear back to reschedule I ask initially for a Friday they scheduled me for a Wednesday another week out. Didn’t realize that it was my dad’s death anniversary so I called to cancel and they charged me 40$ but it was free when they canceled. Then I ask about the money that’s left over on my account and apparently my initial appointment was charged to my account without any notice or communication. There was no payment the initial appointment it wasn’t discussed at all. I canceled all my future appointments and will not be back. I don’t feel comfortable with them taking money out of my account without my knowledge or consent! The office manager was getting very rude when I kept asking why no one has reached out there is no excuse why this wasn’t discussed with me the phone works two ways! And the crazy thing is had I not asked how much money was left in my account I would have never known! I will not go anywhere who thinks it’s acceptable to just take money from me without my knowledge!
