Betty Jane Fontenot: This is the worst hospital stay I have ever experienced. When you cant find the call button, to asking for a wet cold washcloth because I am so nauseated the aid takes a washcloth and dunks it into my water pitcher and then hands it to me pouring water. Then one decides to go get me a hot wet washcloth. That is very poor nursing. Screaming for someone to help me for about 10-15 minutes. Finally got them to hear me. Male nurse just wanted to hang with me and talk... Really I had to ask him to leave my room. I was told to go easy on the wet wipes,kleenex and no one knew where to find a colostomy bag for me. Well I just hope no one else has to experience care from a hospital where you supposedly have rights, but have none. Worst experience in medical care. Thats just it no one cares...
KawaiiNaeNae: Dr. Trahan was wonderful and so was his staff. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. They made me feel really comfortable. During the surgery, he reassured me everything was going to be fine and that he was going to walk me through it which he did. The nurse practitioner Lauren was wonderful as well. She was very welcoming and answered any of my questions or concerns. Great atmosphere and lovely staff! Highly recommend them!
Anitra Edmond: Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly, and helpful.Wasnt expecting to walk inside such a fine establishment that welcomed me with kindness and made me feel at home. Cant wait for my next visit.
Lance Davis: I want for a teeth cleaning Mrs. Benjamin addressed all my issues I explained to her didn’t feel any pain after the teeth cleaning procedure she took out all the stains I showed her. I have to go back to do the bottom teeth because she thought it best to do just the top and I agreed with her. She is very professional and listens and addressed all my concerns. Her assistant is just as knowledgable as her and they make a good team.
