Betty Jane Fontenot This is the worst hospital stay I have ever experienced. When you cant find the call button, to asking for a wet cold washcloth because I am so nauseated the aid takes a washcloth and dunks it into my water pitcher and then hands it to me pouring water. Then one decides to go get me a hot wet washcloth. That is very poor nursing. Screaming for someone to help me for about 10-15 minutes. Finally got them to hear me. Male nurse just wanted to hang with me and talk... Really I had to ask him to leave my room. I was told to go easy on the wet wipes,kleenex and no one knew where to find a colostomy bag for me. Well I just hope no one else has to experience care from a hospital where you supposedly have rights, but have none. Worst experience in medical care. Thats just it no one cares...

Crystal Duplechain Do not come here for an Ultra sound or Xray. I checked in at the window earlier than my apt time. I was here an hour until I went to the window asking why it was taking so long I was holding my full bladder. I was already in pain, hints to why I was getting a damm Ultra sound. And I was told to have a full bladder for the test. The lady at the window told me, The other female never checked me in when I went to the window to check in. And I showed that lady my bracelet, she told me ok I have you checked in. So Yes Im upset. I was under the impression they where trained to do there job correctly, but today they must have forgotten the routine. I will go some place else next time.Do not write back saying your sorry for my experience, just do better by people.

He’s also never judgmental about the things that I go through. He’s never harsh or mean and that to me is a great doctor. Thank you Dr. Prudhomme. You are very appreciated!

Cate As it has been hard for me to find a good dentist for my children, right when I thought I was at home I was proven wrong! With OP dental being high volume when scheduling appointments to be seen you will wait about 2-3 months. My son was scheduled for work on today, I waited my 3 months confirmed his appointment in a timely fashion & showed up to the appointment on time. I was called to the back pretty quick & was brought to the back in which the assistant informed me they would be doing work and asked if I had his nose piece that was required for his work (which no one reminds you of after waiting 2-3 months to get to your appointment) The assistant explained to me that I would need to purchase a nose piece in the front in order for the procedure to be completed. I explained to them that I work graveyard shifts and forgot it at home (typical for a busy working mother of 4) I also didnt presently have the funds at the time to purchase the nose piece as I asked if I could run home and grab it as I live 5 minutes away, I was declined that option which was somewhat understandable. Knowing the severity of my sons pain and what hes been dealing with this past year of having to do major dental work I knew this was his last appointment and didnt want to have to deal with him being in anymore pain as this has been a long process for him, I then asked if I could be billed for it , I was declined that option as well. I ended up calling someone to give me the funds for the nose piece and after informing them that I would go and get the nose piece as the funds were sent to me after maybe 15-20 minutes they said they would NOT be completing his work on today, meaning that puts me waiting another 2-3 months for his dental work to be completed, another 2-3 months of his issues potentially becoming infected or worse . I expressed these issues but still no one seemed to care but the receptionists in the front! Never ever ever coming back. The true colors have shown.

KawaiiNaeNae Dr. Trahan was wonderful and so was his staff. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. They made me feel really comfortable. During the surgery, he reassured me everything was going to be fine and that he was going to walk me through it which he did. The nurse practitioner Lauren was wonderful as well. She was very welcoming and answered any of my questions or concerns. Great atmosphere and lovely staff! Highly recommend them!

My son had a dental procedure/surgery to pull out all four of his wisdom teeth that morning & everything went well. Dr. Kennedy as well as his assistants gave specific instructions post op surgery & even called to check up on my son to see how he was doing later in that afternoon. I would recommend Dr. Kennedy & his staff to anyone in need of any dental surgery.

K We had a very pleasant experience! It was my 1.5 and 2.5 year olds’ first time at the dentist. I was recommended Quest Pediatric Dentistry by numerous coworkers. When I called to make the appointments, the office let me know they opened a new location in Opelousas, so we decided to give the new location a try. The office contacted me in advance to get the kids’ insurance and most of our information so all I had to do the day of was sign a few consents. We were greeted with friendliness from the minute we stepped in the building. The waiting room was cute with a little pirate ship and a video game room. We had a very short wait time, and then the staff gave us a tour. The kids got to see all the equipment and touch and inspect everything. The staff made sure the kids felt comfortable and moved at their pace. At the end, they were given stickers and a toy out of the treasure chest. If you’re looking for the perfect office to bring your kids to, this is it.

chelsea s Their appointment scheduling is horrible. one time my appointment had to be rescheduled because my teeth cleaning was scheduled during the dentists lunch break. I took off from work only to find out that they couldnt take me that day. On another occasion, they scheduled my appointment the day after Thanksgiving. I was relying on this appointment. They called me the week of Thanksgiving to tell me they had to reschedule to a much later day because the office would be closed the day after Thanksgiving. Definitely was relying on that appointment because I had severe tooth pain.

Appointments that was after our scheduled time was being seen before us. Was told that certain appointments were being seen first. Never have I seen a business just leave the customer sit there and take everyone else that came in after you first. Was told that we had to wait because they didn’t have a small room available. Worst dentist office ever.

Everyone was so nice and always made sure he was comfortable and everything was ok! They made sure to give me the best opinion and did such great work! I highly recommend this office!

Since I am wheelchair bound at the moment, it would have been very difficult to get back to Opelousas to complete the procedure. I truly appreciated what they did for me - great dentist and staff! ! Highly recommend!

From Mrs. Loris, Mrs. Tina, Hygenist Mrs. Leah (not sure how to spell her name) and of course the Dentist Dr. Monceret--they are just an incredible set of workers that all vibe so well! Hygenist Mrs. Leah was very informative and gentle with me during my teeth cleaning. Try them for yourselves, you will really like how hospitable they are to their patients.

Mayosha Thomas Dr Kennedy did my daughter top wisdom teeth. They took her back @ 8:15 and @ 8:32 she was done and in recovery. I recommend him to anyone. Very great experience and staff was amazing!

Tracy Credeur My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr Kennedy and the experience has been excellent. The office staff in Lafayette is so nice and helpful. Dr Kennedy helped to get him aquatinted with the procedure and the healing process. We opted to do the surgery at the Opelousas office. Again first class. After returning home my son had a severe headache. The nurse was very helpful in easing my concerns over the phone. She even called back later that afternoon to check on him.
