The staff is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable at all times. My teen and I both had to have dental work done and we were both anxious but Dr Melancon and her staff were able to read the room on both of us and quickly took that feeling away. Highly recommend

The staff seemed so indifferent, they could not have cared less. I said, I am a long term patient and this makes me not want to come back, she asked my birthday and said,”ok. Your appointment is canceled”. So much for caring. Better keep the expensive commercials, I telling everyone to avoid

Northshore Dental - Covington Heather Marie: So glad I decided to go here. Everyone is so nice and friendly and Dr. Core is awesome. They completely explained everything even down to insurance and what was covered etc. for me. I have a good bit of mouth work I need done & they had me back the next day to start. I told Dr. Core I had a bad experience at another place during a root canal because I wouldn’t numb properly and was in a lot of pain, she made sure I was completely numb & nothing was rushed. I’ve put it off for years because it gave me anxiety even thinking about getting anything fixed but I definitely feel a lot better about moving forward especially beings I need another root canal.
