5 /5 Russell Stegeman: Dr. Woo is so skilled and all the support staff, they just have it together. I walked in without an appointment and not feeling good too good. They got my insurance to cover almost everything but the personal service and quality of service from everyone was amazing. Not many of us like going to the dentist but these people have their act together. Five stars.

5 /5 Finny Finster: I’ve had several experiences here so far and all of them were absolutely WONDERFUL Couple of things to note I am autistic and suffer severe anxiety so any medical staff (or people in general) really can fry my nerves and leave me overwhelmed. From the front office to the hygienists and the dentist herself, the staff has been some of the most compassionate and understanding group of individuals I’ve received care from. They are very open to my needs and support me in feeling advocated to speak up for myself at my appointments when I’m satisfied and also when they want my genuine input. I also have a bad habit of needing some form of control at my appointments due to my anxiety and the entire staff is very patient and accommodating past anything I could’ve ever wished for. I’ve been here for a routine exam, dental cleaning, extraction and just today I got the entire front of my mouth refilled and fixed. They have been so kind to me every step of the way and at every single appointment they truly have been such a relief for someone like me! I have a few other dental procedures needing work done and I will absolutely continue coming here to do so and highly recommend them to anyone in need!

5 /5 Paige Hendon: I’ve always had extreme anxiety at the dentist and before finding Dr. Wu, I never trusted a dentist more than once to do any type of work. I’m finally going to have my smile back before graduating college and can’t recommend or thank this man enough! I found him by him having to take over mid extraction as another dentist spent over an hour doing more and more damage getting nowhere and she gets him for an opinion and within I swear two minutes he had me numb and the tooth out! I’ve been to over 20 dentist and nobody compares to him. I hope Louisiana dental does what they can to keep him happy, his skill level deserves his own chain of practices.

Northshore Dental - Covington Heather Marie: So glad I decided to go here. Everyone is so nice and friendly and Dr. Core is awesome. They completely explained everything even down to insurance and what was covered etc. for me. I have a good bit of mouth work I need done & they had me back the next day to start. I told Dr. Core I had a bad experience at another place during a root canal because I wouldn’t numb properly and was in a lot of pain, she made sure I was completely numb & nothing was rushed. I’ve put it off for years because it gave me anxiety even thinking about getting anything fixed but I definitely feel a lot better about moving forward especially beings I need another root canal.

Dr. Charlie Ilawan, DDS - Covington Ellen Parker: Dr. Ilawan came highly recommended by a friend and was a choice on our new dental insurance plan. I found that the office staff, dental assistants/hygienist and Dr. Ilwan, himself were friendly and professional. The office environment was clean and attractive and the exam rooms were comfortable and well equipped. I feel that the recommendations for my treatment plan were properly explained and I am confident that Dr. Ilawan was a good choice for our family.

There was plenty of staff to help and even one of the dentist offered me coffee/ water in the waiting room. The hygienist was very through and pleasant. Dr. Doyle was also very pleasant and professional. Staff offered a blanket during my cleaning as medical offices can get a bit chilly. Already made my 6 month appointment as this dentist appointment was not only informative but pleasant. Would recommend.
