2 /5 Marcusf250: went to this place for an exam & cleanings and they force me to watch video on a hydro-floss (water pik) then con me into paying $100 for it. Also they wont refund you any over payment you make for services, you have to check your insurance statement, they try to secretly keep it , this place owed me back $16 and wasnt going to give it to me until I told them about it and demand my refund. I recommend going to a different dental office that isnt going to try to sell you things or con you out of overpayments.

5 /5 Maygan Landry: This is one of the best dentist offices I have been too. All the staff are very knowledgeable & nice. Dr. Theriot always has a smile on his face. The office is clean and up to date. I would recommend this place to anybody!!!!!

1 /5 Shane Warren: Do not go here. Had a ton of work done over a span of 8 years. Just had 3 fillings fall out that they did (visiting Lafayette from out of town). They want to treat me as a new patient and are beyond rude and unhelpful. As much money as I spent on this place to be treated like that is absurd. I will take my money elsewhere to pay for the faulty fillings they did. If you want to overpay for faulty fillings that are sure to fall out after a couple of years, go here.

Kristen Gouaux: Crescent Dental is so wonderful with children! The receptionist is so friendly and helpful. Their dental hygienist is so good with young children. We started bringing my daughter at 2 years old and they made her feel so comfortable and secure. They give us great advice and tips to continue the pleasant experience at the dentist office. I also found they are good about not being too pushy if she is reluctant to anything they try to do. We have seen 2 of the dentists in office now, and both were very patient and kind when checking our daughter. It is a bit of a drive for us, but well worth it!

Amy Plaisance: The entire dental staff is so pleasant and welcoming. They guided and supported me through my treatment plan that works best for me. I had dental work done previously from another dentist that obviously wasn’t the right treatment plan for me and left me fearing the outcome. I know now that Crescent Dental is the place for me. They took the time to answer all my questions and started me on the right treatment plan that I’m still currently in the process of. I’m far from being where I want to be but they gave me hope and motivation and I want to thank each and every one of the staff members for making me realize that there are so many options. I want to personally thank Dr Blaine Adams for taking his time and having so much compassion for what he does. He’s giving me my confidence back and I will forever be grateful for that.
