5 /5 Scott Rose: On today March 11th, I reached out to Eds Mobile mechanic services. I addressed to him the mechanical issue I was presently having with my vehicle (Shock/Strut Assembly). Due to my current situation with my vehicle not being able to move, Ed was in a position to come out to my residence not only today but within an hour of my first phone call. I supplied the replacement part needed and the job was completed in no time. This was my very 1st experience with utilizing a mobile mechanic service and I am sure happy I landed this. The customer service is awful - 1/5. When I dropped our vehicle for window tint, there were 3 employees at the desk, they were all very rude and condescending to me. They almost talked themselves out of the job. I personally will not be going back.

Rocker arms and a few other things had to be changed. Travis gave us a price list and explained everything that needed to be done. Prices are reasonable and my Jeep runs like the day we bought it back in 2013. The staff is super friendly and Travis is very knowledgeable and honest. This is my new go to mechanic. You have to make an appointment which doesnt take long and everything is automated. Great place with awesome work and quality technicians.
