5 /5 Maurice Dean: Recently had a problem lingering for over a year with my 2008 Chevy Trailblazer. I have limited income and becoming unable to get over, around, and under a vehicle to effect repairs. Called their shop, talked with J.T. and got a phone estimate for them to repair my Trailblazer. He knew instantly the problem, and he gave me a very reasonable estimate for the repair. After my Trailblazer was put on the rack, about an hour and 1/2 later, Mr. J.T. very apologetically informed me that the repair would have to cost somewhat more than originally cited; yet, as I watched the mechanic, I knew that the repair was much more difficult than a simple fix. Bottom line, my vehicle was repaired, very reasonably in cost. Everything worked perfectly afterwards. What I observed while waiting was to me much more telling: I saw several customers informed concerning their own problems being informed intelligently about their concerns, and these people are more concerned about their customers than their bottom line. I can enthusiastically recommend this shop and their mechanics.
