5 /5 Janet DiGiovanni: I had appointment with Dr. White. She is a very sweet person. Her assistant was also nice. (I don’t remember her name). They took X-rays and Dr. White went over everything I need done. Very Professional and explains everything.

5 /5 Josephine Jones: This team is ALWAYS amazing with my granddaughter. Awesome personalities and they always make you feel welcome. She is 9 and LOVEEE going to the dentist lol. I would definitely recommend them to ANY AND EVERYONE. I did this review when she was 9 she is 10 now and is still extremely excited to go to the dentist. Everyone is SOOO amazing. Get down and see them you will not be disappointed at all ..

1 /5 H. BOSWORTH: This place was very good a few years ago when I started using their services. Last year, it seems that they gave be a bill for cleanings even with my insurance being charged for the same. I even received texts thanking me for recent appointments when my upcoming appointment was scheduled and had not happened yet, as if they charged my insurance company before I even had an an appointment. This seemed fishy and now I have changed dentists. They were once exceptional but not last year! The other low ratings are deemed valid since my experience in 2024 was very similar to what they described.

5 /5 Susan Mays: As with every visit to Exceptional Dental in Mid City, my visit today at the Metarie location was just as commendable. Dr. Paul presented my situation in a very understandable manner and was sympathetic that my results werent what we had both hoped for. Kudos to Exceptional Dental for the professional, kind and caring service they give their clients.
