Janet DiGiovanni I had appointment with Dr. White. She is a very sweet person. Her assistant was also nice. (I don’t remember her name). They took X-rays and Dr. White went over everything I need done. Very Professional and explains everything.

Josephine Jones This team is ALWAYS amazing with my granddaughter. Awesome personalities and they always make you feel welcome. She is 9 and LOVEEE going to the dentist lol. I would definitely recommend them to ANY AND EVERYONE. I did this review when she was 9 she is 10 now and is still extremely excited to go to the dentist. Everyone is SOOO amazing. H. BOSWORTH This place was very good a few years ago when I started using their services. Last year, it seems that they gave be a bill for cleanings even with my insurance being charged for the same. I even received texts thanking me for recent appointments when my upcoming appointment was scheduled and had not happened yet, as if they charged my insurance company before I even had an an appointment. This seemed fishy and now I have changed dentists. They were once exceptional but not last year! The other low ratings are deemed valid since my experience in 2024 was very similar to what they described.

Randy Ingegniero This was the best dental experience ever. From the beginning Ms. Kirsten went out of her way to get me the earliest appointment possible. Ms. Simona and Dr. Dyer created a relaxed atmosphere that eliminated any uneasiness that I felt about the procedure. Ms. Simona was very helpful with any of my needs. Dr. Dyer was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions leading up to the procedure and what was expected after. All of this and Dr. Dyer’s skills lead to a successful procedure and I was satisfied with the results. I highly recommend the team at Lakeside Dental Center.

I just had an appointment with a new dentist and found out the fillings Dr. Nguyen gave me around 4 or 5 years ago werent sealed correctly and have issues underneath them. Even I could see it from the little camera. Now I have to get those old fillings redone as well as the new issues they caused fixed. Wont be coming back and will be warning my family that does come here to be careful about getting work done.

Brittany Cavet I really cant say enough good things about Silver lining dentistry. I found them a couple years ago when i was scrambling to find my 12 & 17 year old a dentist after i had the worst experience at another dental facility in the area. I had never heard of them but they popped up on my google search so i decided to give them a try. From the moment i walked in they were super nice and just treated you like family. The place is so clean, the atmosphere is zen and the staff there are top notch. After having such great experiences there for my kids i recently decided to make an appointment for myself. I havent been to a dentist in awhile so i was super nervous. All my nerves went away as soon as i got there. They have the most knowledgable, un-judgy, and kind staff i have ever met. I dont think i have ever been to a dental facility with a better staff. They even offer an affordable dental plan if you dont have insurance. I really cant say enough good things about this place and if you arent happy with where you are at, make the switch you wont regret it. 10/10 would recommend.

deanna gaines Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. From the lady who answered the phone and booked me, to the check in desk, the assistants, hygenist, and dentist. I can tell they focus on helping their patients feel comfortable and cared for. ONLY draw back for me is that they book for a consultation and xrays but not the actual service...in my case I wanted a routine cleaning. They were kind enough to accomodate me but I had to waited a while to be worked in. I doubt most people are expecting to take muliple visits to get basic services done, so thats a little ackward. Still it worked out and Im happy. It just needs to be explained more clearly that this is a consultation only.

Jerylin Brown The staff at this Aspen dental are an awesome group of people. Everyone was so patient and friendly. Theyre understanding of my dental emergency and the handling of my services were amazing. They were all very helpful. The office space was very clean in each room that I visited. I would recommend this office to anyone especially those cowardly patients which have had poor experiences elsewhere. The scheduling was very good. I was seen in a timely fashion, given help with mapping to get to a pharmacy. From the front desk to the back of the building each person I encounter was so hospitable; friendly communication smiling and helpful.

Joshua Alexander Great overall experience! Had both a wisdom tooth and a molar tooth extracted. Was given analgesia in which the process was relatively fast and painless. Afterwards, the doctor had prescribed meds and provided me with instructions for the next 24-48 hours. Aspen is my preferred dentistry choice going forward! Thanks for your continued excellence.

I told her that I probably throw it away. I asked her if they mailed me a coupon could I get the $50 credit. She said no that is what they have to do. I think this is wrong for patients.

Charles Foreman They ladies there got me in as soon as possible. Everything was explained thoroughly. Unfortunately due to my schedule and having to leave for the next job up north I couldnt get it all done. I will be back in the fall and anticipate that this will be one of my go to dentist.

D. Joseph I accompanied someone to their appointment. The people were nice and the services seem to be priced fairly.However, the wait time was too long, even for a new patient. Plan to be there for a while just in case you have other things to do. The workplace is very fast paced but for some reason the person I was with didn’t get helped until about an hour and a half later after appointment time. The rooms were small and close together which allows for little privacy.

Tara Garcia When I first went to AD&I I didnt know a thing about their procedures or dentures. Every single one of the staff was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. This made me feel very confident about my choice. Anytime I needed an adjustment, they took care of me and made sure I was happy and comfortable with their work. I would recommend AD&I to everyone who needs their services. It would be foolish to go anywhere else because of the first rate service they give you and the prices are extremely affordable. Every other place I checked out were at least twice as expensive. I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience and my mouth.

Her demeanor was somewhat unprofessional, and she exhibited a lack of accountability for her own errors and those of her team. Had it not been for her shortcomings, I would have awarded them four stars. However, I deducted one star due to the outdated and antiquated nature of the office.

Louisiana Dental Center in Kenner is the best dentist office I’ve ever had great experiences with. I’ve been seeing Dr Andy Le for about the past 4 years now and I can’t thank him enough for the great work he’s done for me. He’s extremely professional, super cool, and great at what he does. He finds all ways to help fix any issues you’re having without being unreasonable or pushy about it and takes his time to explain everything very in depth. This location is very lucky to have him to say the least. The entire staff at this location since my first time visiting, has always been the most professional and kind. Truly recommend Louisiana Dental Center in Kenner, and as I’m sure all Drs are great there, I would absolutely personally recommend Dr Andy Le. Thanks!!!!

Hygienist Darlene was was amazing and so very nice and she definitely did a good job cleaning my teeth. I needed some work on my teeth, and it was done the same day, you cant beat that.. Jourdan, Dr. Les assistant got me ready, she was so sweet and friendly. Dr Le came in and went to work, no pain, no problem. Jenni Marrone We have consistently received great care from Dr. Maenza. I cannot day enough positive things about Dr. Maenza and her staff. Suzanne Coe The entire staff and Dr Melcher are great!! I am from out of state and had a dental emergency. Not only did they solve my problem, but my teeth have a lot of dental issues. I now DRIVE here (over 10 hours) and just saw them for my third appointment. Dr Melcher has an easy-going, unassuming manner and I really like how they are all aware of my dental issues - which are staggering when you think about it. It is not lack of dental care where I live and I have good dentists there but his staff seems to understand how petrified I am and they are great to deal with. I will apportion out what I need and future stuff between the two (due solely to me being out of state and unable to just come here all the time) but I would encourage anyone with a dental issue to see him and his staff

Raven Veillon I struggle severely with a panic and anxiety disorder so obviously the dentist isn’t something I’m comfortable doing! However, Dr.Perez goes above and beyond for me! Granted, he’s not all warm and fuzzy and actually pretty much all business. But when you talk to him about something that concerns you, he takes it seriously! And that’s what I’ve needed all these years! I’ve been through numerous places that were the exact opposite! Not to mention he’s fast and efficient. I don’t have to stay in the chair longer than an hour maybe for multiple dental procedures! He pays attention to my body language and can instantly pick up on when I’m struggling mentally. Will stop and give me a small break and words of encouragement. Then he’s right back at it, working on getting me up and out of there! He’s never hurt me or made me feel uncomfortable. This Dr. and his team are amazing and I’m so grateful to have found them and be able to finally regain my confidence back!! And special shoutout to Paul who is also SO supportive! He just has the most comforting energy! I personally request him to be in there during all my procedures!

KING HOME SERVICES LLC I’ve been to dentists offices my entire life, this one was different than others. I’m a sales man and I have that instinct when someone is trying to sell me something I do not need. Their prices are very high and I’m the type of person that you get what you pay for that is correct but while not being ripped off. I’ve had filings before, never seen such a outrageous price such as their price they had offered me, I’ve had root canals done as well in very high profile reputable clinics and their filings don’t even come close to how much I have paid in the past for these procedures that gives a lot to think and consider. I’ve had cleanings done in the past more times that I can count, never had once the need to have my saliva sent to a lab to exam what type of bacteria’s are in my teeth so they can do a proper cleaning and which chemicals to use. Maybe that’s a thing now a days but sure hasn’t been with any other dentist I’ve ever met in the past. Where they not good dentist? All of them? I highly doubt. When learning the cost of that lab exam I understood more that they want to sell you as much as they can and in the back of the receipt says if you accept to begin the treatment starts with that lab exam you agree to the entire treatment plan and are financially responsible. Overall I discussed with a few friends and family members with what we were told, we traded stories and every story sounded the same trick to oversell us things we do not need. Looking at our prices it also seems their goal is to be at least on the $4,000 to $7,5000 contract per patient. Is just too obvious. I understand everyone makes a profit as a business owner but there is a thin line on good profit and ripping out customers on things they truly don’t need. Maybe consider changing your way of conducting business or hide better what you try to accomplish with these extra unnecessary things. I have gone to a different doctor and everything was smooth and price I felt much more comfortable and reasonable. Also if you need to be on a payment plan to pay 5,000 on a treatment this clinic definitely I wouldn’t recommend to you. Their stablishment is clean. Employees are great to communicate, the issues I found were based on my previous life experiences and knowledge of what things should cost and have paid myself within a year for similar things in my family members. At least they didn’t try to sell me a sleep study like other places in the back have tried to scam me with.

She is very thorough with setting up a dental plan and transparent with with financial/insurance aspects. It really shows when someone loves their job! Her office is very organized and clean, they even play music to add to the calming atmosphere.

Caroline MacDonald When I first went to Dr. Blum she was pleasant and staff was friendly and, she seemed to do competent work. However, recently within the past few years weve noticed less patients going, constantly changing staff and now not only is she unpleasant towards her staff shes also pretty unpleasant to her patients now. And after having the opportunity to see a different dentist... All I can say is if this particular dentist recommends a large amount of work done on your teeth, get a second opinion before agreeing to have it done. She recommended an unnecessary deep cleaning for someone who wasnt experiencing bone loss and charged it to our insurance. We now have to pay out of pocket for the work that was actually needed to be done. So all she did was she put this patient through more pain by delaying proper treatment which was a root canal to bleed us and our insurance for a "deep clean".

Lisa Ford I cannot say enough about the Dentist and staff at Sweet Tooth. Dr Gretchen returned my call promptly on a Saturday morning after I left a message describing an issue I was having. She evaluated my symptoms and called in a prescription. They saw me first thing Monday morning. And it doesn’t stop there, they are always checking in on you. I highly recommend Sweet Tooth Dental for all your dental needs!
