I needed to be fit in to fix another dentist’s work and they are so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. They also accommodate all different kinds of payment plans. I’ll definitely be back in the future!❤️❤️

5 /5 Shantrell Phillips: The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles. Dr Alice Ho and her Assistant Corielle were gentle and very attentive. All my questions and concerns were answered. The Hygienist was gentle and pleasant. I was given a neck pillow for my comfort. My experience was great. Highly recommend this dental office.

I was watching the new lion King movie Mufasa as I waited for the doctor. And the staff and doctors were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

5 /5 Jeannette Thompson: My dentist, Dr. Alice Ho, has cared for and overseen excellent treatment of my teeth over the past 2 years. She is exemplary in combining her solid skills in dentistry with a strong attitude of caring for the patient as an individual. The assisting staff members, including the dental hygienist, all seem to be very well-trained. The office is well-run. Appointments have always started when scheduled. The office has provided excellent help with the financial aspects (Kaitlyn has been wonderful in guiding me in this area). I am very glad that I started going to Exceptional Dental of Mid-City and have no hesitations in recommending it to others.

From the moment I walked in, Dr. Mia and the entire Smile Snob team made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The office itself is top tier; beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated to create an inviting environment. One of the standout touches was the complimentary cold brew coffee they offered, complete with my name in the coffee and it tasted amazing! I also appreciated the full tour of the office where it was clear that every piece of equipment was carefully chosen to prioritize the patient’s comfort and experience. Everyone had a smile on their face, and the atmosphere was incredibly positive. Dr. Mia and her husband communicated everything at a level that was easy to understand, with no rush or pressure. Dr. Mia was personable, comforting, and easy to talk to, making me feel completely at ease. The treatment plan discussion was the most stress-free and clear I have ever had at any dental office. They provided a complete breakdown of each recommendation, showing both what insurance would cover and the expected out-of-pocket expenses. It made it so easy to prioritize procedures based on both financial considerations and the level of post-procedure care needed (like whether I could drive myself home or would need someone to drive me). I am truly grateful for this team and pray that God continues to bless and protect Dr. Mia, Dr. Mark, and their entire staff. They are not just great at what they do, they clearly love it, and it shows in every detail. They are needed, and I am thankful to have found them!
7 OClock Dental - New Orleans Sara Raine: I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted and was very nervous about it. The employees working for 7 Oclock dental put me at ease and made the process so much easier for me. I legit didnt feel a single thing when they were removing my tooth! They made sure to go over the recovery process with me afterwards too! I highly recommend them if youre in need of any dental work. They are extremely professional! They also take Medicaid which is awesome too! A big thank you to the team for helping me get over my fear of the dentist and making my visit awesome!

The office is very clean, everyone who works here is so friendly and welcoming and Dr. Katz has the most gentle hands ever!
