Virginia Ramirez: I gave this place 2 stars because the ladies were nice and the price for haircut was decent but I would not get a haircut here. There are no appointments just walk-ins and you will wait 2-3 hours, it is always full with customers. It was our first time here and will be the last time. Simple, quick haircut/trims took 4 hours with wait time. Why did I stay? Once I wasted time by being there 2 hours, I just didnt want to find another salon that accepted walk-ins and maybe have to wait just as long, if not longer.
Kirstie My: My normal stylist was booked so I tried Vanessa’s again after 2 years or so. I asked for a trim and the stylist cut about 4 inches of my hair. I didn’t sweat it because it’s hair and will grow back but heads up, do NOT get a “trim” here. Pros:

They have worked with me through it all. 2 years ago I decided to go platinum and ended up damaging my hair so severely that we had to cut it often, and keratin it, my hair is now the picture of health. They have helped me maintain it, now that I no longer have damaged hair it grew from my neck to my bra strap over COVID-19. I will try to upload pictures the results, speak for themself and the price is on point for the excellent quality delivered. They welcome you and make you feel like family.
