Jentill Belmar: My first day attending empowerment Nola was 1 year ago. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a part of the family. Empowerment’s atmosphere is welcoming, loving and inviting, I love how everyone has a smile on their face and is willing to help and any way they can. Empowerment has also given back to the local schools in the area, that’s a big deal to me because my kids attend these schools, and having a church come out to pray with and for them is going above and beyond. Empowerment also provides child care for your kids, and they can learn about god on their level. On Sunday mornings the church provides, hot chocolate, water, tea, or coffee, and guess what! You can bring it into the sanctuary! Empowerment is starting to talk about having tutoring, SAT/ or ACT Prep.
