He will diagnose your problem asap; not leave you lingering in anticipation, and for those of us with "old faithful," vehicles that we will ride til the wheels fall off, it is very much appreciated. Nevermind the fact that he doesnt overcharge or try and upsell you on stuff you dont need. Great man, great service and fair prices!

5 /5 Talia Zar: What I have to say about Gretna Service Center is, that is and will be the only place I will ever bring my car. You need your AC fixed, go and see Pat Kass, need brakes, tires, oil change and the list goes on and on. The customer service there is very professional, and you cant go wrong with the cost because Gretna Service Center is very affordable. And I promise you Pat Kass would never tell you that you need something else done on your car, that doesnt need fixing just to make and extra dollar. I been taking my car to Gretna Service Center since 2012, and that is the only place I will bring my car. So if you need your car to be serviced, give Pat Kass a call at Gretna Service Center.
