5 /5 Theresa Weeks: Dr. Hamada and her whole team are so wonderful! My daughter is not even close to being half way done, and she has had such major changes and improvements with having her braces. She had trained herself to smile with her mouth closed prior to getting them, and now she is much more confident and smiles constantly and brightly with them on! The entire process from consult, payment plans, visits is all pretty seamless. The office is also very easy to get ahold of when needed. Dr. Hamada has an incredible bedside manner and makes my daughter feel comfortable every step of the way. We are loving her journey so far!

1 /5 AMANDA DIETSCH: Would give zero stars if possible due to the manner in which they handled getting my sons retainer to him at first they demanded we pay for it out of pocket then they finally told him it had already been paid for, after getting scans for it he was unable to pick it up due to their Monday-Thursday schedule only, college & numerous holidays the Destrehan location is closed for, he was told he would need to be re-scanned for a new retainer even though he had a permanent one in place for $260 when he questioned where his already paid for retainer was, he was informed after 6 months they threw away his $260 retainer vs mailing it to the address on file (the one they bill) or to his dentist’s office. I initially recommended this office but I am disgusted w how they handled this situation & when asked to please show me where in the contract we signed it states they throw away your retainer vs mailing it at 6 months I have yet to receive a response!

They are amazing at making sure your comfortable and aware of what is going to happen during your treatment. They are also wonderful when it comes to rescheduling or having questions which were done through email or text. We were beyond happy with our results. Highly recommend coming here for amazing results and for their welcoming service!!
