1 /5 andrea laurant: I was very pleased with Doctor Nguyen and the medical staff. I presented my coupon and was told I Could not use it because it had my sons name on it. I told her that I probably throw it away. I asked her if they mailed me a coupon could I get the $50 credit. She said no that is what they have to do. I think this is wrong for patients.

1 /5 Shanedolyn Grover: Horrible customer service. Dentists not professional. Kept rescheduling follow up appointments after major dental surgery. No back dentist to follow up with. Over charges and files false insurance claims.

1 /5 Melvin Bates: My experience at this facility was awful on 12/27/24. It started when I got called to the back for a X-Ray and the young lady who was helping me didn’t even know if the X-Ray was turned on… She asked her colleague to then be informed the machine was already on. I went into the dentist that day because I was experiencing extreme pain in my face around my lower jaw area. I had to get my X-Ray taken multiple times and Dr.Pham examined the X-Rays. The doctor never once looked in my mouth to actually see if she could see the issue. She just wanted to examine the X-Rays. The doctor informed me that she was unaware of the issue causing my face to be swollen and sore. She ensured me that my teeth and gums looked fine. She advised me to go to my primary care doctor and request a ENT appointment. I left the dentist and traveled to the emergency center up the street. I ended up having to be transported to another ER facility in New Orleans only to find out that I needed a ROOT CANAL. The ENT Doctor told me there was no way the dentist didn’t catch this… I went through all that trouble just to be told I needed a a ROOT canal. This facility is definitely not the best. The workers were even saying they shouldn’t took off while assisting me. Very unprofessional and Dr.Pham sucks.
