1 /5 Lewis Gaines: I do not trust this place anymore, I was a long standing customer that took all of my vehicles to this place and they have lost a customer with at least 6 years of history.
First of all, I took my 21 Silverado months ago to have a tune up done because the truck was running rough, this was over a $1,000.00.
I took it back maybe two or three months later and told them that the Idler pully was going out and making a loud noise. They called back and stated that they could not hear a noise (Mind you this noise was so loud and noticeable that everyone that got near the truck could tell something was wrong, It was embarrassing) but braking fluid needed to be changed and other "regular maintenance" needed to be done, which was another $600.00 but was sure they didnt hear anything coming from the truck. I did not have them do the work and took it to the dealership, which then did the pully work no problem at all and no mention of any regular maintenance recommendations.
Now, I had to take it back to the dealership because the engine was misfiring on cylinder one and it was due to the spark plug and wires that was changed, about 5 months ago(Approximately 10,000 miles) is completely bad. The wires fell apart while researching the misfire, so either they charged me for the tune up and didnt do the work, or they used faulty parts.
Either way, I dont even trust this place to bring the truck back and even try to get them to warranty the parts out because I dont even know if they did the work in the first place.
