I visited this place for the first time to get a dip set with a simple Christmas nail art. The experience was frustrating for two main reasons:
The nail technician didn’t respect my time. She left me midway through the process, saying I needed to wait for my nails to dry (which is unusual for a dip set, in my experience). Instead of returning promptly, she spent a long time chatting and giggling with another employee, leaving me to wait unnecessarily. I eventually had to call her back to continue.
The quality of the work was disappointing. My nails started chipping by December 23r, just four days after getting them done on the 19th. I’ve never had dip nails fail so quickly, especially when I was charged significantly more than I usually pay at other salons in Baton Rouge.
Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be returning.
