1 /5 Sydney Brickley: Was absolutely disgusted by the customer service. I went in at around 1pm for an acrylic refill, my previous nails had been done at a different salon they were perfect just out grown. The two ladies servicing me were completely dismissive and rude! I continuously asked if they could make my nails thinner and shape them more almond instead of round, they completely ignored me and rolled their eyes. I left and was horrified with my nails. They were bulky, misshapen, different lengths, and bumpy. When I called to ask for a soak off and for some sort of refund from the subpar job the male worker answered. He was very aggressive and loud, making me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went back later around 5pm to discuss how they could resolve the issue. I made sure to bring a friend due to how uneasy they made me feel over the phone. When I arrived the male worker continued to be rude and unaccommodating. He began arguing with me in front of other customers when I requested a refund and removal of the nails (I was just going to go to another salon). He however continued being aggressive and demanding he redo the nails. I tried even asking for a partial refund but he continued badgering me. I settled on having him reshape and thin my nails. They are fine now but it shouldn’t have taken all that to simply get a refill. Will not be returning and I highly suggest no one else does either!
