5 /5 Linsay Culver: I went to Jaded last minute to get my nails done for an event overseas. I asked them to give me polish that would last through two airports and about 30 hours of travel. I settled on black matte gel polish. I got it done Nov 16 and it lasted until Dec 1. My technician was a sweet man who did an amazing job. I will go back. I dont get my nails done often but I loved it so much it could be a regular occurrence. The only down side is it is expensive. You get what you pay for though.

1 /5 Bailey Ward: I think going to get your nails done should be a relaxing, fun experience. Especially for me (a mom) who doesn’t get to go that often at all. However, I couldn’t wait to leave this place and felt very uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in/sat down, I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner and it felt like a hostile environment. The guy doing my nails- Kenny, was very rude, short, and rushed the entire time. He had had his headphone in with music blasting, barely spoke to me, and was not in good mood. He made 2 rude comments about my nails, which I ignored, and was hurting me but didn’t seem to care. Usually after someone flinches or acts like that hurt, you would think he would ask if I was ok or turn it down, but he never acknowledged it at all. He spent a total of probably 5 minutes on my “pedicure” which I basically just got my nail polish removed, nail polish applied, and the hot towel just slapped on my legs. Didn’t even bother to help me bring my things over, turn on the massage chair, or do any time of lotion/massage. I’m not sure if he was having something bad going on in personal life or what but he needed to leave that at home or don’t freaking come to work. For $130, my experience and nails should have been 1000x better. I’m very disappointed because this used to be my go to place. It felt so rushed and like I was an inconvenience. 10/10 do not recommend and will not be returning.

4 /5 KANG (KANG): Professional staff. They are friendly and engaging. My daughter got her nails done (acrylics). Wow! It looks amazing. I would recommend going there for manicures or pedicures and whichever services they provide. Thank you for a positive experience. We will be making this our regular shop.

5 /5 Lynn S: Great new place to get your nails done. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can pick your color from a palette. There are TVs available to watch music videos while you are being taken care of. There are many booths to accommodate several people. Currently you must wear a mask and must wash your hands prior to getting service.

1 /5 Camille T: I went to Jaded to get my engagement nails done and it was the most horrible experience Ive ever had in a salon. The nail techs were the rudest Ive ever encountered. I told my tech exactly what I wanted: simple pink and white French tips with an almond shape. I even showed a photo! I got an entirely white square nail. Not even close to what I asked for! When I told my tech that my nails didnt look like what I showed him, he said "they look better this way." What?! I told him they were my engagement nails and he just stood firm. Horrible horrible horrible! They took forever too. I went back a few months later only because a friend asked me to go with her for a walk-in. The staff acted almost offended that we would walk-in for an appointment. The owner herself was the rudest! She blatantly started talking about us in front of our faces to another nail tech. Of course we left and went down the street to Royal Salon and Spa, where we received good service and friendly staff. I cant say steer clear of Jaded enough!! Its awful.
