Hillary Denman I was searching for a new nail place sin e my girl of 2 1/2 years just moved. I walked in and was greeted right away. Nice, peaceful environment and clean. John did an amazing job on my nails! Took just as much time and effort as my former tech. He prefers appointment, so I will be scheduling one with him soon. Definitely going to recommend to my friends!

Alisha Spivey This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. I came in as a walk-in and they were able to get to me right away even though they are usually by appointment. John and Nancy were great and very detailed with my nails. It was the best I have had my nails done in a very long time and they were also incredibly friendly and welcoming to me. I will be making my appointments here from now how. Very highly recommend!

Mary Grace Failla my favorite nail salon in shreveport/bossier area! i live 30 minutes away, but it’s worth the extra drive!! mike, john & nancy are all amazing! they definitely take their time & make sure you are happy with what you get! they’ve earned themselves a regular! very long lasting nails! y

Kim Lane My daughter with special needs visited the salon to get her feet and nails done. They charged her $150 for toes that were not painted all the way and fingers that popped off that day. I called and asked for the price of gel tips- 70 and for a gel pedi- 40. Yet they charged her 150 and did a horrible job. They took advantage of someone with special needs. And I have been a customer here for a long time- they always treated her well when we are there but her young caregiver brought her in. Never again will we be back and nice to your face but takes advantage of the disabled.

A C I should have gotten more pictures. Let’s start from the online booking. They only had one girl doing pedicures online you have to book an appointment online or call ahead. They require a deposit which is half of your pedicure. Booked over the phone their latest appointment was 5 PM. They have weird hours in our open on weird days. I walked in and it was like a clothing hat store what it looks like when I walked in. I was taken to the back by my girl doing the pedicure. And I was seated in a straight up seat that was covered in plastic. Was not a normal massage pedicure chair at all. they supply of gel polish was very limited. I asked for the jelly pedicure. I received this in Dallas and thought it was amazing and thought that since this is the only place here in town that does it it should be just as good. The price was the same. First I noticed that they did not put a cover in the tub which most nail salons do. She did not massage my legs or my feet. She used one simple scrub on my foot after she cut my toenails. And she really didn’t even cut them she just filed them. And one of my big toes was completely filed crooked I had to go home and fix my toes. the jelly pedicure. She played in the water for a good minute while it was getting set up. And then she let the drain go so my feet were exposed just hanging out in half of a gel bath. It really was not that relaxing. This is also the first pedicure where my cuticles weren’t cut or anything she had like this Dremel sanding tool that they used to like buff your feet with. And that’s all they did was they just like cleaned the bottom of your foot they didn’t like pay attention to your toenails or your cuticles or massage your legs in your feet there were no hot stones or towels there is no wax there is nothing literally I paid to have my foot put in a little jelly bath. And then polish put on my toes. I could’ve did this at home for like five dollars. My girl had earphones in the whole entire time and would pull her phone out periodically to change the song. She kept having to get up to go and get things. Filing when I was almost done with my pedicure she offered me something to drink and I declined because I was ready to go. The whole entire place looked rundown and disgusting in unkept. I would not recommend anyone to go here for any service especially a pedicure. There are way better places to go. I do not recommend it.

Tina Kennedy Rude staff and did a horrible job on my nails. Picture is shortly after leaving the shop. I will never waste my time or money again.Also, had 150.00 dollars left on my gift which had no expiration date they refuse to honor.After weeks and no owner call back finally Ms Holiday called back and said I can not use it for any spa services but could use it in there store. I was so upset but refuse to let them keep my $150 I forced to buy junk I did not need.

Ms. ter the first two pictures are the first day just 3 hours after i left the salon (gel nails) and the second two are a week and 3 days later i would have went back to get it done but i had to leave for business out of town to me finger nails are not their specialty because i have gave them numerous opportunities to do my nails and they always mess up the same day (no im not rough with my nails) but they do an amazing job on toes just need better nail techs.

Shavers Nixon “Athena” Went to see Jason and, as always, he did an amazing job! He always gives me exactly what I ask for, and sometimes they come out even better than Id hoped! Hes never done me wrong and will be my nail guy until he stops doing nails! 15 out of 10! I HIGHLY recommend him! Hes amazing!!

Sarah Elbert They were very welcoming and nice my first visit, I wasn’t a fan of how my toes were done but they did last. My nails did really good as well. I was happy with how they came out but I had to be very verbal about my expectations. A guy started doing my nails then he made me move to Jennifer because of that, she does really great but has a really bad attitude. I decided to give them another chance but I would only allow Jennifer to do my hands and feet. I went when they first opened and once she heard that I only preferred her she then said she was booked up for the day.. I didn’t like her tone and I will not be returning or even recommending this nail salon to anyone. They can’t do nails, don’t waste your time or money here. The reviews speak for themselves! I paid $30 for a gel polish no pedi, a gel manicure with acrylic for $50. Prices aren’t bad but considering everything else I had to endure, it should have been less in my opinion…

Heaven Leigh i would give 0 stars if i could! i never leave reviews but leaving one here feels necessary! i came in for an acrylic fill and had my nails done by Kathy. Kathy deserves negative stars and ratings. she made my nail crooked when doing them and when i asked her politely if she could fix it, she had an attitude about it. she also made my french manicure design look wonky. the lines were not clean and looked rushed. if you look at the reference picture versus what i have on, they look nothing alike. kathy proceeds to just get up and walk away from me, not even telling me that she wasnt going to finish my nails and tried to hand me off to another lady very rudely. i very much did not enjoy this experience and will NEVER be coming back. i should have read the reviews before coming here because i keep reading the same thing about a rude lady and then a rude gentleman too. the older guy there was super rude to. after i was politely explaining my experience to the nice young gentleman at checkout, the older guy abruptly jumped in and said "then just pay the nails and leave". i am overly annoyed and definitely deserved to be treated better than how i was.

Friendly , clean , and professional environment. My appointment is always on time when I arrive and I never have to wait. The owner is amazing she delivers top quality products and work. I’m federal government employee that travels and she’s always available to book. To my military, business owners, and federal friends please don’t hesitate to book with AVF nails.

Andy and his wife, as well as Tina, who did my pedi, are the absolute best!!!! They are very personable, and pampered me like a princess!!! This is my first time coming here, but it will now be my “go to” nail salon.. it has a relaxing atmosphere, and they were absolutely amazing, hence the reason I am taking the time to give them a great review.. it is soooo clean, and I was beyond happy with my nails and pedicure.. Tina spent way more time on my pedicure than I have ever had. She gave me the best leg and foot massage! ❤️ If you want the full princess treatment, then this is your place!

Liz specializes in Gel X. It’s as durable as dip, but is filled like acrylic… all without compromising your style! Highly recommend!

The customer service here is truly unmatched. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and cared for. Kelly did my mom’s facial, and she was amazing—so gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my mother’s needs and made her feel relaxed and pampered. Her care and professionalism really stood out. I had the pleasure of being treated by Lexi for my facial. Let me just say—Lexi is a gem! I don’t typically enjoy facials or massages, but she made the entire process smooth and calming. She was warm, personable, and truly skilled at what she does. I left feeling refreshed and happy I gave it a try! Then there was Michael, the nail tech—and honestly, Michael was a whole vibe! He was friendly, professional, and took his time to ensure everything was perfect. He gave my mom a beautiful manicure and me a pedicure that left me feeling like royalty. He clearly takes pride in his work and made the experience so fun and relaxing. This Bossier location is an absolute treasure. I can’t speak for the Shreveport branch, but Bossier deserves an A+ for service, ambiance, and overall experience. We left feeling spoiled, refreshed, and full of gratitude. Highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely be back!

Bec Aye I enjoyed my massage by Jeremy. If you want a really good deep tissue, he is your guy. I had a very enjoyable and relaxing facial. I think I dozed off to sleep at one point. I wish I remembered her name but she had short hair with red. Two very professional individuals that I will definitely book with again.

Linsay Culver I went to Jaded last minute to get my nails done for an event overseas. I asked them to give me polish that would last through two airports and about 30 hours of travel. I settled on black matte gel polish. I got it done Nov 16 and it lasted until Dec 1. My technician was a sweet man who did an amazing job. I will go back. I dont get my nails done often but I loved it so much it could be a regular occurrence. The only down side is it is expensive. You get what you pay for though.

Bailey Ward I think going to get your nails done should be a relaxing, fun experience. Especially for me (a mom) who doesn’t get to go that often at all. However, I couldn’t wait to leave this place and felt very uncomfortable. From the moment I walked in/sat down, I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner and it felt like a hostile environment. The guy doing my nails- Kenny, was very rude, short, and rushed the entire time. He had had his headphone in with music blasting, barely spoke to me, and was not in good mood. He made 2 rude comments about my nails, which I ignored, and was hurting me but didn’t seem to care. Usually after someone flinches or acts like that hurt, you would think he would ask if I was ok or turn it down, but he never acknowledged it at all. He spent a total of probably 5 minutes on my “pedicure” which I basically just got my nail polish removed, nail polish applied, and the hot towel just slapped on my legs. Didn’t even bother to help me bring my things over, turn on the massage chair, or do any time of lotion/massage. I’m not sure if he was having something bad going on in personal life or what but he needed to leave that at home or don’t freaking come to work. For $130, my experience and nails should have been 1000x better. I’m very disappointed because this used to be my go to place. It felt so rushed and like I was an inconvenience. 10/10 do not recommend and will not be returning.

KANG (KANG) Professional staff. They are friendly and engaging. My daughter got her nails done (acrylics). Wow! It looks amazing. I would recommend going there for manicures or pedicures and whichever services they provide. Thank you for a positive experience. We will be making this our regular shop.

Toni Speed-Winham I’ve been coming to Huey & Sydni’s place for years. Why? Because I see them clean each foot bowl with bleach cleaner & sterilize their instruments after use. NO fungus/infection problems at this clean nail salon, even the bathroom is spotless!

Ginger Huff I love coming to Style Nails! I never have to wait and they are very friendly. The pedicures are my favorite because of the foot spa and they also do a great massage all the way to the knee. Sooo relaxing.

Sibyl Shook Clean place but they don’t have the whole foot spa treatments. No sugar scrubs and massages. Just a pretty basic pedicure with the foot bath was $55. I can get way more than elsewhere for that price. The polish on my toenails wasn’t very good.

Sherry Golla Very nice Couple. I did walk-in & was immediately accommodated, but they do prefer you call or text to make an appointment. They also send you home w/your own personal goodie bag (tools- files, buffer, toe separator, etc used during your appointment) to bring back for use upon return. Good Experience & I plan to return.

Erin Meeks I made an appointment to get dip manicure and gel pedicure in April of 2025. I am an avid person on keeping my nails done, this is what I always get and never have a problem with my nails staying on for 3 weeks. First of all i show up early for my appointment, they did not get to me until 30 minutes past my appointment. It took me over three hours to get both things done, no design or anything very plain nails. My nails have not even been on a week and they have already began to break and come off, which is not normal for me. I would not recommend going here, drive further and go somewhere else. Because I even asked another girl that was in there if she was a regular and if it always takes this long and she responded yes she was a regular and it takes forever, every time.

Juandelyn Williams-Vallet First time at this nail shop and my last time. Got a gel color change on my toes and my nails, also cut down and overlay on my nails and they charged me $85.00. The shaping is off and the acrylic was put on too thick. She also had the nerve to yawn loudly as if she was tired of doing my nails. I tipped her anyway because thats what I was taught growing up but the heffa didnt even thank me for my business. The ladies are not friendly at all. Took 3 hours to do this and they werent busy. VERY SLOW!

Jean Woods I love the staff at Attraction Nails and Spa located inside Mall St. Vincent! They deserve a “Gold Star” rating of “10”! The staff is very nice, friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. They always make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The shop is beautiful, clean and neat! Eric is my go-too guy! I enjoy talking and laughing with him. My nails are beautiful! He always does an outstanding job! Kyla tattooed my eyebrows. They are absolutely gorgeous! Kyla does an awesome job! She and Eric make a great team! My feet feel wonderful and look very pretty. I feel like I’m walking on air after I have a pedicure. Attraction Nails is the greatest spa in town!

Brittany Brown DO NOT GO HERE! I took my 12 year old in for an eyebrow wax. I was very specific to just clean them up. They took off most of her brows and left them oddly arched and different lengths. When I questioned the tech, a man Eric (I guess a manager or something) rudely interrupted and said "we cant add the hair back so draw it in." I told him that was an acceptable reply and very unprofessional. They should listen to the paying customer or NOT offer services on peoples FACE!! Why would a 12 year old draw in eyebrows! The lady doing my pedicure was literally so slow, it took 2 hours because she and a co-worker were deeply involved in gossiping! I asked her to pay attention I had somewhere to be. The place is also very disorderly and dingy looking. Mix that with unprofessional staff and its a NO. I pay more at ISpa in bossier and will gladly keep paying more. This was one time because of proximity to an event I was attending but never again.

Javelin Ladette Old man with the grey hair done my pedicure and my nails I asked him if he could do French tip he asked me if I wanted white I told him blue but he proceeded to do my nails how he wanted and told me it look better my nails are uneven and lumpy and not what I asked for I told him I wanted French tip he was nonchalant about what I was saying and I told him again I wanted French tip he told me it would be 60 dollars but 50 if I let him continue I wanted to pay because I got the service but I don’t think I should’ve paid the price I paid because I didn’t get what I asked for he ignored me the whole time even my sister told him I wanted French tip I shouldn’t have to have told him that 3 times !but he done my nails how he wanted and I had to pay this is why I don’t come here he was also rough when filing my nails and clipping the skin off my feet I wanted my nails a certain way I didn’t get what I asked for !
