1 /5 Jesse Harris: I visited K&I Tires for tire replacement and was initially pleased with the prices but encountered issues with a tire sensor that stopped working shortly after leaving the shop. Despite being assured that the sensor would function after driving, it remained inactive, leading me to return for assistance. The shop acknowledged the sensors presence but quoted $90 for replacement, claiming malfunctions can occur. I felt disrespected and dismissed when attempting to discuss the issue with management, I am deeply disappointed in the overall customer service and lack of empathy from the staff.
