3 /5 Dionne Lands: First few times was nice but that third time. When I ask for my nail to be polished a different way they complained as if it was their nails. She said it did look good. But I like it and so didnt others cause it was me.

5 /5 Andrea Harrison: They are always friendly, does an awesome job on your pedicure and of course is very popular for the dip nails. This is my second time getting the dip and I love it, lasted a month.

1 /5 sydney manuel: I previously went to lucky nails and had a good experience. However, my most recent visit I had the chrome nails done. The lady who did them was rough pulling my hands and rushed the entire process not speaking a word to me. She had a visible attitude and would get me and my friends attention with a rude “hey” instead of “mam”. She left residue all around my nails that I had to scrub off myself that night. As I was trying to get some of the residue off the chrome layer on my thumb nail chipped, that SAME night I got them done, the top of that nail was also chipping. I went back the next day and told them and they “fixed it”. I had a different lady who didn’t reapply the chrome layer evenly, missing a big spot at the bottom, making me almost rather the chip that the two toned reds… I also asked this lady fixing my nail if she could remove the remaining red residue from the night before on my other hand. She proceeded to speak Chinese with the lady who id been with the night before. I got no apology for the initial bad service from anyone, if anything they seemed inconvenienced. Was pretty inconvenient for me to use my lunch break to go back to the nail place. Will not be going back again. $53 to waste my time going back and still not getting it fixed properly. Very rude service even though I remained nice and understanding the entire time.

3 /5 Kodi L. Wilson: OVERRATED. I visited because of the ratings and they are overrated based on the service. A friend of mine and I went in for pedicures. My provider skipped around, did some things just to one foot and didnt do a very good job sloughing and really rushed through that process. Then she rubbed my legs so hard I had bruising the next day!! The "hot stones" were a joke - again only used one on one leg. The first one she just placed under my foot and it was too hot to rest my foot on even after two minutes. Polish job was decent. We went at 5:15 pm, by the time I went to bed my legs and feet were super scaly and dry - NOT what you expect after paying for an upgraded pedicure. The only reason my feet and legs look any kind of decent was because I put on body butter and foot lotion with socks overnight. They were very cordial and nice, but Im not sure Ill be back. My friend said her chair didnt have a massager and she also agreed that our pedicures would rate a C or B minus at best.
