1 /5 Alexis Crawford: The first time I tried this place: it was ok. I wasn’t completely satisfied but they passed. The lady was nice and she listened to my concerns. Oh but the SECOND time…it took forever for them to seat me. The receptionist started off by drilling off my gel polish for a refill. The guy actually did my nails RUSHED! He also messed up the integrity of the shape I had when I told him SQUARE SQUARE. Some of my corners were chipped from him filming so hard. When I told him, he say yes yes I know, and proceeded to file even more which made them worse. He filed them so much they turned to coffin on some of my nails, which didn’t look right because I have short nails. Also, when he did begin to polish, he DID NOT USE PRIMER!!! Whatever it was was some cloudy white substance that was flying everywhere! When I put my hands in the dryer, he said no come on. So I knew then it wasn’t primer. I was in a Rush and didn’t have time to go back and forth with them. MY NAILS ARE ALREADY CHIPPING AND I GOT THEM DONE YESTERDAY. Yesterday I noticed one was chipped and today another. On top of all that….nobody..and I mean NO ONE offered me anything to drink. Maybe it depends on who does your nails, but I will NOT be back. Pretty place for nothing.
