Kirstie My: My normal stylist was booked so I tried Vanessa’s again after 2 years or so. I asked for a trim and the stylist cut about 4 inches of my hair. I didn’t sweat it because it’s hair and will grow back but heads up, do NOT get a “trim” here. Pros:

They have worked with me through it all. 2 years ago I decided to go platinum and ended up damaging my hair so severely that we had to cut it often, and keratin it, my hair is now the picture of health. They have helped me maintain it, now that I no longer have damaged hair it grew from my neck to my bra strap over COVID-19.
