The lobby was clean & cool as I waited for my vehicle. I was able to use my coupon (from their website) without any problems. I will be going back when my vehicle needs a mechanic. Adam is truly respectable and very knowledgeable in this line of work. Every one that I have come into contact with at this location adheres to professionalism at its finest. 1 /5 Christopher Payne: Sorry to say this but my experience yesterday with Meineke was not good at all. I was quoted the wrong estimates 3 times. My car was at the shop all day and they didn’t do much as look at it. And I had to call them for an update on it to even get them to take a look at it hours later. On top of that I was told they would do a diagnostic for a certain price after I said ok to the diagnostic they then stop the diagnostic to tell me that it’ll be much higher in price to continue. They didn’t mention any of that the first time so now I have to find somewhere else to get my car fixed. My car was there all day long and I still don’t even know the source of the problem. How they handled this particular situation was unprofessional and disappointing I’m now considering taking my business elsewhere.

5 /5 Kristina Holman: Everyone at Meineke Coursey Blvd was awesome! They made sure I was aware of every step in the process and worked to find me the most cost effective options. They also were able to find a simple fix for one of my issues that two other garages had missed. Ill definitely be returning to them for future issues.
