Ramiro Nava I arrived for my appointment on Friday, which I scheduled online the day prior, only to be informed that the online appointment system is not regularly checked. While I understand operational challenges, this lack of coordination was frustrating. I then rebooked for Monday (today) in person, but I am now into my second hour of waiting with no clear update.
After waiting for nearly three hours, I was finally notified that they could only perform the alignment inspection, not the actual alignment I had originally requested. Apparently, they did not have the personnel available to conduct the service I had scheduled.
If staffing is an issue, I would suggest extending the time between appointments to allow for adequate attention to each customer. If the delay stems from inefficiencies, perhaps a review of staffing or training procedures is necessary. The receptionist appears consistently overwhelmed, and from what I observed, the mechanics are only working on a couple of cars despite having capacity for more.
This situation feels like a significant waste of time and resources, when the expectation should be that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. I hope these concerns are addressed moving forward.
