5 /5 Jill Nolan: Customer service, honesty and hard work are not lost, I have found them at Murrays ! I dropped off my car to have the air compressor replaced, and Not only was it cheaper than the dealership, but it was ready sooner than expected. It is so nice to have constant communication with the mechanic and they even called a few days after to make sure that everything was still running okay. Needless to say, I have a new mechanic and I will never bring my car anywhere else but to Murrays.

5 /5 Michelle Poteet: 100% recommend these guys. I was just passing through the state when I broke down just outside of Shreveport. I managed to limp my vehicle into town for repairs. The dealership mechanics wanted me to overnight my vehicle, but these guys told me to come on in, they took a look at my truck as soon as I drove in, listened to me when I told them what I thought the problem was, checked to verify my suspensions, and then promptly worked on hunting down the part I needed when the issue was confirmed. They got me back on the road within minutes of getting the new part in and all without trying to up sell me on repairs I didnt need. These guys are great. Considered yourself lucky if you break down near them.

5 /5 Matt Rhodes: After holding up traffic for 5 hours in my broke down RV in a town and being told by Progressive Road Side Assisrance that they had given up and I would need to find my own tow I was ready to just walk away and let it be impounded. I decided I would make one call so I called Mericles. I had no idea where to have it towed but it couldnt stay in street. The driver recommended Murrays and dropped it off after hours. The next day I showed up and asked them to figure out what was wrong and fix it. I fully expected it to be a couple weeks before it was ready. By 11 am I got a call letting me know they would look at it that afternoon. By 2pm it was ready. I expected to spend thousands. My total bill was less than the cost of towing. They were honest, fast and friendly. I will use them from now on. Highly recommended.

5 /5 Angelika Schiro: This will definitely be my go to for car repairs. Took my daughters car in for a rattling noise that had me worried since she is about to leave for college and I didn’t want her to end up stuck on the side of the road somewhere(every parents nightmare I’m sure)! Not only did they figure it out and fix it, they were also extremely reasonably priced. Great group of guys, communication and customer service. Thank y’all again for the great experience!
