5 /5 Kevin D: Best dentist I’ve been to. Very accommodating, very sweet. Made me feel comfortable with everything I need done. Going to the dentist can be very anxious but she makes the experience much better. Would highly recommend and will not go anywhere else.

5 /5 Simone Noelle: DDS Rebecca Blum is phenomenal. Truly the best dentist I have ever had. She is attentive, understanding, funny, and so very kind. She is very thorough with setting up a dental plan and transparent with with financial/insurance aspects. It really shows when someone loves their job! Her office is very organized and clean, they even play music to add to the calming atmosphere.

1 /5 Caroline MacDonald: When I first went to Dr. Blum she was pleasant and staff was friendly and, she seemed to do competent work. However, recently within the past few years weve noticed less patients going, constantly changing staff and now not only is she unpleasant towards her staff shes also pretty unpleasant to her patients now. And after having the opportunity to see a different dentist... All I can say is if this particular dentist recommends a large amount of work done on your teeth, get a second opinion before agreeing to have it done. She recommended an unnecessary deep cleaning for someone who wasnt experiencing bone loss and charged it to our insurance. We now have to pay out of pocket for the work that was actually needed to be done. So all she did was she put this patient through more pain by delaying proper treatment which was a root canal to bleed us and our insurance for a "deep clean".

She listened to all of our feedback thought the procedure to make sure we were 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend Dr. Blum and her staff.

1 /5 Indeka 268Gyal: Taken Advantage of. Set up new care with NOLA My 20 year old daughter went by herself due to me working. Everything went good till my daughter called me from the dental office & told me the price she would have to pay. I gave her my credit card information & saw charge come in right away $699.00 When I was done working I called the office to inquired & she stated that insurance don’t normally cover for Invisalign but they would summit a claim through my insurance & reimburse me if they do . My daughter also said they never ask her if she wanted cancer screening or fluoride treatment they just did it & charge her. They think because she is young & wanted to take advantage. NO HIDDEN CHARGES ALLOWED ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️. Tell people about a service & fee & find out if they want it ! not because you feel it’s needed because you don’t know people pocket.With all that they never submitted any claims through my Insurance. I don’t care if my insurance denied the claim put it through so I can see it was denied in my app. I will be following up ver closely with this & go through the proper channels to make sure this shady business does not keep going on. My insurance has also noted everything. SUBMIT MY CLAIM ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I hate business like this that tries to benefit in every aspect not caring about patients.
