1 /5 Nathalie Cadet: I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Dr. Kristoffer Norbo (Dr. Kris) at Nola Pediatric Dentistry. I brought my daughter (9 years old) in on January 28, 2025, for a procedure and was told to return the very next day, January 29, without any consideration for our family’s schedule. My husband advised me to cancel due to work commitments, which I did.
We rescheduled for February 5, 2025, arriving at Children Hospital at 9:30 AM. We waited until 12:30 PM, and my daughter never even saw a doctor. This is unacceptable, especially since she had not eaten since 7:00 PM the night before. Instead of taking responsibility for this poor service, I received a dismissive letter blaming us for "ongoing challenges" and "disrespectful behaviors." It feels like the office lacks accountability and concern for their patients’ well-being.
My experience at Dr. Kristoffer Norbo’s office was very disappointing. His staff was unprofessional and seemed indifferent to their patients. My daughter went without food from 7:00 PM on February 4 until 1:00 PM on February 5, waiting for an appointment that never happened. Rather than owning up to their mistakes, they sent a long letter blaming us for the issues. I will not recommend this NOLA PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY office to anyone.
