1 /5 Gizem Karatas: I wish there were a way to rate the surgical team and the front desk separately. My wisdom tooth extraction went smoothly, and the doctor was excellent. However, the front desk experience was frustrating enough to warrant a 1-star review, hoping it prompts improvement.
The reception staff seriously need better communication skills. Their careless attitude makes for an unwelcoming experience, both upon arrival and departure. Additionally, the office needs to improve its scheduling and time management. If my appointment is at 12:15, I shouldn’t have to wait an hour to be seen. Not everyone has time to sit around for an hour—people have their own schedules, which is exactly why appointments exist. This has happened more than once, and at this point, it’s unacceptable. I hope they take action to improve patient experience beyond just the medical care.
