1 /5 Arlene Ford: Yes, i normally dont write reviews but this situation is ridiculous. 1st my appointment was scheduled for the day after Christmas (mind you i had to lose a day of work). It was scheduled for 10am. I lived 2 hours away. My daughter came from Texas to take me to appointment bc of my highten of fear driving and medication iam temporary on. I was not notified about this cancelation until after we drove over 2 hours and realized doors at DDS were locked, and some paper tape(not well at all) in the windows. I look back at phone and seen if there were a missed call!! Yes, at 8;30am. Mind you i were on the highway traveling there at that time. I call the number, yet they want me to wait additional time. Not only did I miss a days work, my daughter will not be able to return again to take me. Regardless, of the problem at DDS your company needs to get your priority together. I have spend too much money there to be mistreated,
