1 /5 Christina Yancy: The worst experience I ever had in a nail shop in my LIFE! I went to get a pedicure! Paid $55 and a $5 tip at 10am Monday morning! Tuesday morning (the next day ) at 10Am all of my gel polish was OFF my toenails! I immediately went back to Pearls & informed them-the lady at front said oh yeah other customers returned as well. The light for the gel nail was not Hot enough- we fix for you- I said well how do I know it won’t happen again if the light wasn’t hot enough? Why waste my time getting down again? She said no we use different light machine- I’m like ok- she never apologized for the inconvenience- I work a 12 hr job, my time is precious and so is my coins! She never ever apologized- and had an I don’t care attitude, later that day she texted a customer who is a friend of mine and talked about me and said I was the one who was rude! (This person referred me there but said to only use 2 people-ONLY) why have a nail shop and only 2 people can do nails there!!! As I was walking out I saw the manager- I told her what happen I told her I understand about the machine. It putting off enough light but the lady inside was rude and unapologetic- I chose to spend my hard earned $60 with your salon for 1 pedicure! She looked down at my feet and said “your toes need another coat” I was flabbergasted - there is no way I’m going back in there for a 3rd time even tho I know she just wanted to make things right- she still knew from looking at my feet that it wasn’t right! But the lady inside felt the need to talk about me with another client on their cell phone as if I wouldn’t be upset about this! Never again!
