Evelyn Nalls Hey Ulta- my 10 year old girl ask where something was ( a face cleaner ) and no she is not the 10 year old making a mess or being rude. She was polite and one of your associates told her dont make a mess. Thats just rude, Grace went in her finding one of her birthday presents and you wanna be rude- never experienced that at sephora. Wont ever go to this Ulta again rude customer service.

Amy Perry I love going here the lady did a massage on my arm and I love that when I got my nails done also love how the pedicure and manicure stations is separate!! What I don’t like is how that one guy who works there his nails is dirty and black how you going to work in. A nail salon and your nails all nasty and dirty and then he stay getting up with smoke & cell phone breaks smh smh that is what I did not like about them also I don’t like how they don’t use the clear pink over my nails they use my own nail color I don’t like that some nail salons use clear pink but otherwise it was good but tell that guy the worker to please clean his nails before attending to the customers

Jessica Dauzat Me and my mom have been going here for years. Never have had a bad experience expect today. The manger is usually the one that takes care of me and my mom. Today I told the lady it wasn’t the manger to match my finger nails to my toenails. I had a pedi done here two weeks ago so they had the right color. I even took off my shoe and sock and showed her the color. The shades of pink clash against each other. One is soft pink on my fingernails and my toenails are hot pink. I called and was told it was because I didn’t know the number if my toe nails. The colors could have matched better! But when I asked if I could come back and they would fix it she said you pay! I just don’t think this is right for me to pay again. I will just find another place to go!

Took off nails, put new nails on, put design on nails, pedicure with paraffin wax,massage my feet & legs, cut toenails & polished them! Also had a facial that was out of this world!! Price, friendliness, courteous, & willing to help in any way….are way beyond what I was expecting!!

Christina Yancy The worst experience I ever had in a nail shop in my LIFE! I went to get a pedicure! Paid $55 and a $5 tip at 10am Monday morning! Tuesday morning (the next day ) at 10Am all of my gel polish was OFF my toenails! I immediately went back to Pearls & informed them-the lady at front said oh yeah other customers returned as well. The light for the gel nail was not Hot enough- we fix for you- I said well how do I know it won’t happen again if the light wasn’t hot enough? Why waste my time getting down again? She said no we use different light machine- I’m like ok- she never apologized for the inconvenience- I work a 12 hr job, my time is precious and so is my coins! She never ever apologized- and had an I don’t care attitude, later that day she texted a customer who is a friend of mine and talked about me and said I was the one who was rude! (This person referred me there but said to only use 2 people-ONLY) why have a nail shop and only 2 people can do nails there!!! As I was walking out I saw the manager- I told her what happen I told her I understand about the machine. It putting off enough light but the lady inside was rude and unapologetic- I chose to spend my hard earned $60 with your salon for 1 pedicure! She looked down at my feet and said “your toes need another coat” I was flabbergasted - there is no way I’m going back in there for a 3rd time even tho I know she just wanted to make things right- she still knew from looking at my feet that it wasn’t right! But the lady inside felt the need to talk about me with another client on their cell phone as if I wouldn’t be upset about this! Never again!

Katara Riana Lemoine Lily and Josh took care of me and my husband and it was the BEST pedicure we have ever had. I also got a manicure done and for the first time ever I got natural nails instead of acrylics and they look so beautiful and natural I am obsessed. The massage was very relaxing the conversation was good but not too much or overstimulating. I am just so happy to have received good service. Thank you Lily and Josh we will be back once a month :)

Angela Swift This place has excellent attention to detail when doing acrylic nails. The technicians really take their time making sure that each nail is even and perfectly shaped.

The selection is better online. Was disappointed. But like everything else its probably related to Covid.

Felicia Brown Im so pissed! Just got home from Sallys where I was so humiliated that I am in shock. Where the rudest employee in there accused me of stealing nail polish. She asked me to step away from the register and asked if I had nail polish in my purse. Of course I did. Thank goodness it was OPI Liquid Sand and they dont carry that. Now mind you she didnt ask me to come to the back. So in front of everyone and my children I had to pull open my purse for this woman to see that I was not stealing. And when I was done she said, Ok. No Im sorry, no nothing. I shop there ALL the time and these people see my face on a regular basis. I have at least 400 bottles of nail polish at home and most of them have been ordered over the internet. I have more than they do! Ill continue to order over the internet and order my hair products online as well. I know she has a job to do but what made it so bad was that my children were right there. She didnt pull me to the back, she didnt even bother to apologize. I guess she was mad because I asked her about Jojoba Oil and she pronounced it wrong and I never changed the way I said it and she seemed like she had an attitude. Its pronounced - Hah-Ho-Bah not Jo-Jo-Bah. But either way Sallys Beauty Supply will never get my money again.

Victor C There are few and limited stores. The Dillards smelled a little musty and the foot traffic was very low. The mall pretty much dies at 8 PM.

We come to the Alexandria Mall every time we are in town because of the Dillards knows us by name and we are always greeted with a smile!

Tiffany Benavides Amazing! From start to finish friendly, professional, and an all-around amazing experience. Bring these folks your business you will not be sorry! Did manicure pedicure and eyelashes, and I will be back! Update: Do not get your lashes done here. They are not certified for lashes, have not been trained. I just had to go have them professionally removed, and the aesthetician was horrified at what they had done to my eyes. They use latex glue after I said, specifically, I was allergic… they pile the glue so thick that they looked like strip lashes. I am reporting them to the state board of cosmetology as per the aesthetician, who is also reporting them. Please go to a spa that has certified lash specialists, do not go to nail techs.

Amber Warren Went and got my nails done on April 10th,had 3 different men doing my nails, they all seemed like they was still training. it was terrible service it was rushed, my nails were so thick, worst experience ever and the nail salon looked filthy. I had to fix my own nails when I got home had to go and buy a nail file it was absolutely ridiculous. I finally got those ugly things off my fingers first picture is what it looked like after I left second picture is what I did to make them look not so gaudy and chunky. I’m just gonna stick to my nail salon that I usually use which is happy nails on coliseum blvd they never disappoint me picture of my nail that I just got done

Melissa Miller I have been going to the Pineville location for over a year now. I’ve always had the best treatment and service. My husband and I go once a month for both pedi’s and I go in between for nails refill. I’m very heartbroken that the one I came very close with, the one who always seen me walk in and instantly called my name and took amazing care of me. Between Hannah and Justin, and when they told me they were moving July 20, I was so heartbroken and upset. We have been to see them several times since the news. Hannah, if you read this, I wish you and the guys best wishes and good luck. I am going to miss you and your wonderful service. I know Hailey will take great care of me no doubt. But walking in and showing you my ideas and you telling me “no that’s not a good look” me saying do you boo!! HANNAH NEVER DISAPPOINTED ME!! Alexa Lemoine Absolute worse pedicure I’ve had in years but even worse service!! The young boy, looked 15 at most, had no idea how to file, cut, or polish nails. He never buffed my feet so I walked out looking like my child did my pedicure. The owner was made aware and simply told me to come back another day for her to fix it and then tried to charge me $15 MORE for the pedicure!! I never leave reviews but wanted to make others aware incase you’re like me hoping to find a new nail shop you love.

Sunshine Reviews I’m rating a 5 because she did do a fantastic job on my new set after we had to remove my 1 week (from other place) old set… and the massage and hot towel made it totally complete for me…. Price was decent…place is clean , people are nice , location is good, and you get. 5% discount for using cash ! Look how cute they are , nice shape too. I am extra picky and other than one little corner on one finger and they are a little bit shorter than I wanted, it’s a good thing I found this shop!!!

Jasmine Washington Appointment only nail care means you get a private session. This was a deciding factor for me as i get overwhelmed in larger salons. Speaking of, this is no cheese grater to the foot instantly baby smooth foot experience. I was actually educated about my feet and how to care for them properly. Super important when you spend any amount of time in combat boots! I will be working with Healthier Nail Care long after i have baby smooth feet.

LIFE OF MO Julia and Tracy were my nail techs! They were very thorough and diligent when doing nail sets! Offering water to me as I sat! I loved the spa itself! It’s beautiful and instagramable! Marble floors, leather seats! This is certainly an escape!

Gabriella Sharp It was wonderful, clean, with a friendly staff. I got a gel x manicure and I love it. My nail beds don’t hurt my cuticles look amazing and they’re a lot lighter than regular acrylics. My nail tech was so sweet and did the design I asked for to a T. I will definitely be back!

Patrick Harrison This was a very very nice experience. I wished I would have known that they were here all along. I searched around one day and found this location and another. I called the other place first and someone answered the phone but was not capable of making an appointment because the 2 masseuse were with clients but someone would return my call inside 60 minutes. I havent heard back from them since. I called Spa Belleza and a very nice young lady answered and was able to hit all the points as a sales person. She booked the appointment. So get there and it was around the corner. Dont just a book by its cover.....when I walked in, it was beautiful and serene. My masseuse was great and although it was a 30 minute massage I could have stayed all day. The lady at the desk tried to set another appointment ...great job!!!! I will be back

Amanda Delrie My Dad got me a gift certificate here for my birthday and I just had the most wonderful microdermabrasion facial done by Marcie! It was heaven! My skin is glowing and baby soft and I am so relaxed! They do all kinds of facials and massages and waxing. Marcie was so sweet and she answered all of my questions so patiently. The spa is very clean and decorated beautifully with relaxing music playing. They offer skin care products and hand and feet treatments. I will definitely be back! Part of my self-care routine now!
