5 /5 Jay Washington: In an unfamiliar place! If youve read any of my reviews or seen my check-in, then you know I stick to one particular place. I recently moved out here, so I without going to the city. I needed a nail salon close. And not only were they 5mins away. Theyre open on Sunday. It was a little busy but it was well worth the wait. I had a wonderful lady name Lee who did my nails. And when o tell you she exceeded my expectations. From the shaping to the length to the color! Everything was wonderful. Not sure of the ladys name who did my boyfriends and my pedicures, but they were just as good and had wonderful personalities. Im unsure if she was the owner, but another lady was so kind and sweet. I had some problems before getting there; she made this experience wonderful for me. I also say to be kind to people because you never know what theyre going through. And they made my rainbow on a cloudy day. Will definitely be my new favorite nail salon. Oh and if youre wondering about the price. Well, lets just say you wont need to give blood after paying your bill.

1 /5 Cyn Sational: If I could give a zero I would Im a licensed nail tech who just moved to LaPlace so didnt have anything set up to do nails so my daughter also a nail tech, granddaughter (who is 21 ) & myself decided to try our luck well first as we sat to have a pedi while my granddaughter has her nails done the woman starts the water & it was scalding hot I asked for it to be cooled down she didnt move so I turned it down on mine & my daughters,they looked at me as if I were crazy I asked no one did it so I did myself, next I had to tell her there was skin floating in my daughters water she was going to scoop it out I said oh no refresh the water plz !!! As were getting our pedi my daughter and I both see 3 of the ladys using a Credo blade on customers , these blades are illegal they have been outlawed in many states and are illegal in the state of Louisiana, I told the woman doing ours do not use the blades on our feet her respnse" oh its good" its good " I said no its not good !!!! We finish but the entire time the 2 ladies providing our services & 1 doing another client are talking and I can tell they are talking about us I really dont care, I walked to the front to go to my car for a moment when my granddaughter came over showed me her nails saying theyre were spots with no acrylic I told them so a guy fixed them instead of the lady that originally started them, when I came back I walked back to the pedi area where they were finishing my daughterpolish & my granddaughter walked over asked to have a pedi done well the ladies didnt know we were together and the 1 that was doing a Mani starts pointing at me laughing telling the other ladies something all behind my back rolling her eyes talking in Vietnamese, my granddaughter asked if there was a problem the girl looked confused I turn around and my granddaughter started explaining what she witnessed them doing the girl not realizing she was with me ,she asked the girl what the problem was why she did what she did the girl got scared ran to the back my granddaughter was furious, that was so very unprofessional ,shows no customer concern they blatantly use illegal tools and dont care, my granddaughter & myself both have a rash on our feet since then Ive treated it but that shows me something was dirty, Ive got 40 years experience as a professional nail tech and salon owner in N.O Eat until Katrina then in Metairie after I had a wonderful clientele & career because I was apro I cared about my clients, I did high quality work used the best products on the market, followed sanitation proticals set forth by State board, these places use none of these they dont care, sad that people unknowingly pay theyre hard earned money to have this kind of services done I will never patronize them again I would have loved to have found somewhere to go when I dont have time to do my own but this was the last time they will get my money oh by the way they cleaned the spa using the dirty water I had soaked my feet in just an FYI !!!! Plz do not patronize this shop you are putting your hand and foot health in the hands of people who could care less !!!!!!

3 /5 Allison Jenkins: I’ve been coming here for about a year now and am very disappointed. The polish is always sloppy. Color on my toes was a different color than my nails. They redid the polish on my toes, but that waisted more of my time, but at least it matched now. The lady that did pedicure took it upon herself to switch the color because she said it look better. Ok so light nails with dark toe polish. I wanted the same color on both. This is my last time coming here. The owner also try to add on extra stuff to your nails and charge more. I just want gel color and that’s it not all the extra

1 /5 Carla Kippers: This place is the worse. Dont come here. Had to remove my acrylic nails because they gave me Paronychia which is a fungus in the nail bed. My skin had welts and burned. I will never come back. They also filed way to close to my skin and I had to take antibiotics to cure this. Its been 3 weeks and this is my nails looking better than initially.

1 /5 Karen Donley: I went to get a Pedicure and paid in advance with a $10 tip. She Did good until I saw blood and I yelped when I felt pain. I asked her to stop so she went to the other foot and started there same thing after after I begged her to let me put my feet back in the warm water to water to take away some of the pain. She painted my toenails and sent me to the dryer and I ran out Knowing that I had already paid. After I saw what she did to my toe I went back in and they said they didnt see anything wrong with it. After my fiance saw it he called and they put someone else on the phone when I specifically asked for the owner Jeff. They basically told me I was a liar! Theyre so blessed that I medicated it As soon as it happened because they would have a lawsuit against them... I have been getting mani/pedis For about 15 years and this has never even close to happened.... I called back again a challenge to me and made it to to where they basically called me a liar look at the photos below....
