3 /5 Heather B. Jenkins: It disappoints me to write this luke warm review bc we have loved Phillips since purchasing our zero turn lawn mower almost 2 years ago. Always great service and trustworthy but they have a problem with being there when they say they are open. This isn’t the first time this is happened.It’s understandable that family emergencies happen and so on but make sure that you have at least one person there or someone answering the phone. My husband stayed home from work this morning, drove from St. Francisvilleand nobody was there. The sign on the door said on Wednesday Your place of business should be openFrom 7:30 AM to noon. Noone was answering the phones. It is extremely inconvenient when your customers rearrange their schedule to haul a lawnmower that needed service and no one’s there.
