Jonathan H I contacted Superior Collision Center for a repair, which they were initially very helpful with. A part needed to complete the repair was on backorder with no estimated availability date (which is not their fault). I waited for over a year hoping the part would come available (it didnt), at which point I decided to process the claim through cash. Superior (who already had a quote written for my claim) then refused to release the quote to my insurance company.

Heather B. Jenkins It disappoints me to write this luke warm review bc we have loved Phillips since purchasing our zero turn lawn mower almost 2 years ago. Always great service and trustworthy but they have a problem with being there when they say they are open. This isn’t the first time this is happened.It’s understandable that family emergencies happen and so on but make sure that you have at least one person there or someone answering the phone. My husband stayed home from work this morning, drove from St. Francisvilleand nobody was there. The sign on the door said on Wednesday Your place of business should be openFrom 7:30 AM to noon. Noone was answering the phones. It is extremely inconvenient when your customers rearrange their schedule to haul a lawnmower that needed service and no one’s there.

Hari J. I had went for an oil change, there was no wait needed so I am happy for that. Before writing my info, I asked about the price and said I wanted an oil change with regular oil. He said he had to see how much oil to fill before telling me the price. I said ok then waited for only 20 mins. When they were done changing oil, he said the total will be 66 for only 5k miles and he said they only had synthetic oil, why didnt he say that before when I asked for regular oil? I was suspicious about the price because he said he couldnt get conventional oil for some reason. While every other auto shop I called around the area said they had conventional oil but the wait was at least 2 hrs for oil change.
