    Ean Thibodeaux: I strongly advise avoiding Gator Auto Repair Shop. They charged me a whopping $1,100 for replacing my water pump (even though I supplied the part myself!) and installing a new battery. What should have been a 5-hour job dragged on for an astonishing **two weeks**. Every time I called to check on my car, the woman answering the phone was not only rude but clearly unsuited for customer service—she made the whole situation even more frustrating. This shop demonstrated poor communication, an unreasonable delay, and overcharged me. I will absolutely **never** bring my car back to them.

    Lekendra Pikes: These guys are awesome. My alternator went out in my car. I was able to get the part and bring it to them. They had it fixed within an hour and a half. Next thing you know, I was back on the road. I’m not even from Lafayette,Louisiana. I was just traveling for work, but it’s always good to know where a good Mechanic is and these guys are definitely it.

I found his number on Google at around 5 oclock. He treated me very kindly and helped me fix my car. Although he didnt fix it for me because he had another job to do, he still helped me find another helper. I am very grateful to him.

    Natalie Fruge: I called this morning to see if they had a rim for my husbands 2007 Cayman S (Porsche) they did not. However they were very helpful with making sure the rim size was for that model car from the factory. I appreciated so much. We used them over 20 years ago for some parts glad to know they are still around and helpful.

    Southern Rocker: Have had issues multiple times. First time I was there for 3 hours and they lost my valve stem covers. I didn’t make a big deal. Second time I was there for 2 hours and they lost my lug nuts and replaced them with regular nuts. And today my car sat there over an hour, and after asking them for an update (they never called or texted) come to find out they didn’t even have tires to fit it. Yes, they kept my car an hour and didn’t even bother inform me that they couldn’t work on it…. guess you get what you pay for. Horrible service every time. Wish 0 stars was an option.

    Robert Smith: I will not be going back here. I got cussed and threatened for no reason. The couple that own this shop also own shady hill RV park. I got laid off from offshore and behind on bills but before I did I had bought a lift kit for my jeep and asked how much it would cost for them to install it. All I needed was labor and was quoted $300 or $400. I left it with the shop and when I came home from offshore it cost nearly 2x the amount as quoted. They said the mechanic worked on it for 12 or more hours. The kit had every nut,bolt,washer,everything a home mechanic would need and only 4-6hrs to install. Once I got it then it is worse than what it was before. No alignment. No nothing. They said to bring it to them and they only threatened to "ruin my life" and to get off the property. They will never do any more of my work. They will rip you off at any chance they get. I am still trying to fix my vehicle and all that they messed up. I am a mechanic myself and will never let them do anymore of my work. Ill also pass the information on to other people and companys to what they are doing and what they did to me. Worst shop ever!!!

    K1LL TV: After getting the runaround at several other shops all day about my AC issue, I finally found Mr. Ray—and I’m glad I did. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. Not only is he highly knowledgeable and efficient, but his prices are also very fair. On top of that, he’s a veteran and just a genuinely good person. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in helping people. If I ever have any more car problems, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Highly recommended!

    Richard Culpepper: I like T&Ms because it doesnt take a long time to get your oil changed. They know what kind of oil you need ( if you dont) that your car or truck takes. Get the full service, and they check everything from filters to tires. The service personnel and lady in the office are super nice and treat you like family.
