Lfrantouris Emerson: On July 1, 2025, I ordered 4 tires for my 2017 F250 and 4 wheel alignment. The tire size was 33x12.5x20 but they installed 305/55/20 without given the options. When I pick the truck, I notice the difference in the size I requested. I talk to the part owner and he said the same. Well, today I go in to let him know the truck drive good, but I notice a difference in my gauge due to size difference on the tires. He didn’t like me challenge them on the tires, because he felt they were the same size. In reality they weren’t the same size. Now that he got $1200 out of me and I questioned them. He was supposed to do a tune up, belts and oil change on my car, instead he call me and told me he don’t like me and take my car somewhere else. I wanted to keep the money in our small community instead of taking somewhere else. It’s the customer rights to challenge someone when they are spending their money for your business when they feel something is wrong.

Employees did NOT mention the engine light would be on when I paid for the vehicle. So I had already paid, just find out my car needs to go to the shop. The front desk said “I don’t know why it won’t turn off, you probably just need to take it to a dealership”. Sour ending on what has otherwise been a decent shop in the past. Would have been 1 star, but adjusted to 2 for them replying.

The staff and owner were great at scrambling to get the parts I needed and even stayed several Hours after closing to get the job finished and get me back on the road.
