Randy Smith These guys do not even rate one star. They had there new employee paint our car (10,000$ job) hail damage. He screwed it up and they refused to make it right. The paint job was horrific and they knew this. I believe the cost of repainting the car (materials and time) was more than thier thoughts could stand. Mind you, this took place over a two year period. I was told by Thomas that thier employee messed up several individuals vehicals during this time period and they were working to fix them as quickly as possible. We took our car back to Thomas repeatedly without result. One of the employees admitted that our car was left out back while they worked on new arriving vehicles. Where is the customer service? I will say this, most of the individuals I spoke with were very understanding. However, the fact still remains, our vehicale is still in need of repair. What should I do? Take it back to Thomas for the fifth time so it can sit out back for a few more months and still not be repaired. Or perhaps, we need to take legal action to insure this does not happen to anyone else and to restore our vehical back to where they know it should be. Thomas auto care called us to pick up our vehicale one time as if it were a completed job. The automatic push button door locking system painted shut, that is non-functional. My spouse and I have turned this situation over to Lord! It is no longer our concern.

P WALLACE I brought my car in to have body work done. I brought my car a day behind schedule and they still had it ready for me on time if not earlier.
The car looks amazing they even replaced a headlight that I had out and washed it .. I highly recommend Thomas auto care.
