Riverside Park Complex - Lake Charles (LA)

5 /5 Little Ms Cajun Coonass: Absolutely beautiful park nestled along the water of the Calcasieu river with a paved walking path, restrooms, and a playground.

5 /5 Robert Fruge: Its a long walkway along the river. Several openings to sit and fish. The end has another playground+pavilion

4 /5 Lori Rozas: Nice little place to take a walk. At the very end you got the park and picnic tables. Places to fish and a boat launch. Very peaceful and not very busy. Great place to catch photos of nature. Even got bathrooms.

4 /5 Travis King: It’s nice, clean and new. The park is small, but my 2 year old and 5 year old loved it. Looks like they have a community center with walkway out the back over the water. The boat ramp and walking trail appear to be closed from hurricane damage. Looks like they’re also mulching trees from the hurricane which makes some noise, but overall nice, new, clean facilities and a place I’m looking forward to visiting again when the walking trails are back open.
