When I asked if the salon could do the design, she mentioned she didn’t have the necessary product and asked me where the product in my Pinterest photo was from. While she explained that the design might depend on my nail bed, what really upset me was that she seemed rushed and unprofessional during our call. She even told me she couldn’t help at that moment because she was busy. As a customer, I expected better communication and professionalism. This experience left me feeling disappointed.
