I recently had a regrettable experience at Roys Auto that I feel compelled to share. I initially brought my car in for a few repairs, but the outcome was far from satisfactory. The repair process took an unnecessarily long month, causing significant inconvenience in my daily life. The lack of communication about the delays only added to the frustration.
Upon picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the defroster, which had been in perfect working order, was suddenly malfunctioning. Additionally, the heater, which was working fine before, ceased to function after the repair. Its disheartening to encounter new issues.
To make matters worse, when I addressed these problems with Roys Auto, I was informed that fixing the newly created issues would cost an additional $300. I find it unreasonable and frustrating that I should be burdened with the cost of repairing problems caused by their service.
Overall, my experience with Roys Auto was disappointing, marked by post-repair issues, unexpected charges, and an extended repair time. I caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing Roys Auto for car repairs.
