1 /5 Jonathan H: I contacted Superior Collision Center for a repair, which they were initially very helpful with. A part needed to complete the repair was on backorder with no estimated availability date (which is not their fault). I waited for over a year hoping the part would come available (it didnt), at which point I decided to process the claim through cash. Superior (who already had a quote written for my claim) then refused to release the quote to my insurance company.
