1 /5 Christine Toca: I really don’t like that parents cannot go to the back. My daughter informed me that the girls that were working There were very unprofessional. They were talking about cheating on their boyfriends and getting in fist fights with people. No one knew how to correctly do her x-rays on her mouth And after several different girls tried , the Dentist finally had to do it. My daughter’s mouth is so sore now because of the lack of education and knowledge these girls had in performing a simple procedure like an x-ray.

3 /5 August S: The lady at the first desk isnt at all pleasant. I called to let them know we were going to be a few minutes late and was hung up on. My information is still incorrect. I asked her if she can change it, and she never even look in my direction when she was talking to me. Said it goes to corporate she couldnt change it. But, its been 6 months since my last visit and the last time I informed her about it. The staff in the back were very nice.

1 /5 ashley smith: The worse I asked one of the clerks about a 99$ special they had for braces I was told I had to pay a 200$ deposit so today my son went for an adjustment I spoke to a lady name ohanna at the gentilly location asked her could she apply my 100$ credit to my bill she told me she didn’t know if she could do it.then after that she gave my son a card stating that he couldn’t come back until june20,2025. Very unprofessional place!!then I tried reaching her by phone I was told there busy I mean she didn’t even try to reach out to me at all the special been running since march . This place is awful ghetto ignorant unprofessional I regret going the worst decision I made please don’t ever go here

The Gentilly location have gotten worse when I got there they proceed to tell me tell bring my kids back at 4 cause they had them schedule so far apart when I left to go get the other baby they call me to tell me I had to reschedule my kids appointments like as if they’re the only one with a job

1 /5 Joy Wilson: I made an appointment at this location only to show up for my scheduled time to find the office closed. When I called to inquire about this I was informed that my appointment was canceled without my knowledge. The operation offered to find me another appointment at a nearby location, only to offer me a same day appointment in sheverport LA. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. I would never schedule an appointment with them again! If I could give zero stars I would. Dont waste your time coming here.
