As a new patient, she made me feel very comfortable and gave me great information about the crown procedure and the material that would be used and the reasons for it. I dread getting novocaine but she made that process as painless as possible, taking her time letting the initial tiny injection taking affect before administering the full load. 10/10 would recommend and excited to bring my children to her moving forward!

However after returning a few days later they want us to pay another $1000. Definitely not professional work or acknowledge that the product was faulty and did not fix the problem. Not happy with the service we have received.

The dental assistant who took my x-rays and looked at my teeth was excellent. Dr. Rachal took the time to explain what was causing my pain and even allowed me to look at my x-rays and CT Scan with him, to see what was going on. No drilling was necessary this visit! That makes it a great one!!
